St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort 807 is a beautiful, remodeled platinum-rated 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor villa located at the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort, just a short walk from the beach! Live oak trees line the roads of this gated complex, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. With hard surface flooring throughout, this tastefully decorated condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Large, flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom has slider access to the lanai and the ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled, as well as the guest bathroom. Enjoy meals on the spacious lanai with upgraded patio furniture. The complex has a heated pool, is close to restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive away from the downtown historic district of St. Augustine.
