The kitchen had every appliance you could imagine. Spacious rooms so that people could have conversations in multiple areas.We really enjoyed the hot tub. My dad slept in the mancave and loved it. The neighborhood was very quite and convenient. Very close to the water and marina with a wonderful restaurant.Would definitely stay again. We saw a little of the New Years Eve fireworks from the upstairs porch and that was an added bonus.

Comfortable, spacious accommodations, in walking distance to multiple restaurants. We enjoyed O’Steen’s, Mellow Mushroom for trivia night, and The Conch House. Close to a nice beach at Anastasia State Park and the Ampitheatre.

This place is well worth it! Pros: Excellent communication with host. Location was perfect between downtown/historic area and the beaches. Property was beautiful. Hot tub was fantastic. Wonderful amenities; fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill and man cave. Very nice screened porch with tv and lights. We loved the bonus coupons and free attraction tickets. Dining options- Luli's cupcakes were fantastic, great gluten-free option. Burrito Works/Taco shop is a must eat place! If you want pizza, The Bronx Pizza is the best in town. Crabby's has fantastic selection of seafood and burgers. The Coffee Shop has a chill vibe, nice sitting options. Can play chess or checkers. Rendezvous great food and beer selection. Barley's had 5 chicken tender Tuesday's. Also had a great ruben quesadilla. Village Inn has awesome breakfast and pies. Cons: I run hot and the AC could only be set to 70. Downstairs was nice and cold but upstairs was a bit warm. Everyone else was comfortable. Not the most comfortable beds but I'm picky. Recliner is a little worn out but very nice for an electric rocking recliner. Needs better lighting at night in the bedrooms/bathrooms. Found extra lamps in the closet and used them.
The Haunted Lighthouse tour was so much fun. Steps were made for tourists. I have mobility issues and climbed to the top relatively easy. Ask about the cat and the parachute.
Taco Shop/Burrito works. The UFO and quesadillas were so good! The Bronx Pizza was the BEST Pizza. Their Espresso Martini was better than Tini Martinis! Crabby's, Barley's, and Rendezvous was also excellent. Salt Life was over priced and over rated.

Absolutely recommend

An amazing stay. Close enough to walk to the historic city if you want, and an easy drive (less tha 10 mins) to the beach. The house was beautiful and cozy. The backyard is a cozy oasis. We actually changed or plans and took one whole day of our trip to enjoy the backyard area, fire pit, and hot tub, and had a sunset family movie night on the upstairs patio. There was great communication and quick assistance from the property.Fully recommend, and we hope to return.

Relaxing and Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this rental house. The property manager I communicated with via text was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable to hang out at. We enjoyed the hot tub that had clearly been sanitized by the presence of bubble and suds with formed when we turned it on. The kitchen was nice and had lots of utensils, plates, glasses and cooking pots. The only thing it did not have was a sheet pan and a pasta strainer. This property is within walking distance to the Conch House Restaurant where we enjoyed a really good lunch and is in walking distance to the Chop Shop Butcher Shop which was a great place to pick up something good to cook in for dinner. Overall we would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the home very much. The home could have been a bit cleaner however we felt comfortable in the home. Beware, the upstairs bath off the bedrooms is incredibly small. There is a much larger full bath on the main floor.
