At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise.
