Perfect Location!

Perfect location and house! Everything was close by and it was wonderful being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe no matter the time of day. Communication was outstanding! Very responsive to all questions. Loved the personal handwritten note left for us at check-in!! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great for a family vacation.

We wanted to take our adult children on one last weekend getaway before the weather gets too hot, and this weekend was perfect. The location is great because it's pretty much a 10 minute walk to anything in Old Town...maybe 15 minutes to the Castillo. Even though it's so close to where everything is happening, it's on a quiet street so you aren't disturbed by the late night revelry. The area felt quite safe for walking at night. The house had all the amenities and privacy that our family of 5 needed. The beds were comfortable. I even took the pillow case off the pillow to see what brand it was because it was better than my pillow at home. I ordered two of them before I left town. I can't overstate how amazing the communication was with the property managers. Responses were prompt and and very polite. Check in was a breeze and I felt really comfortable knowing that they would respond immediately if I had any issues (though I didn't have any). We will definitely try to book this home again when we visit St. Augustine again.

Great location and comfortable house!

Three senior ladies vacationed together and enjoyed the convenient location of this comfortable house. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and sites of interest, in a lovely neighborhood adjacent to Flagler College. Comfortable accommodations all around! I highly recommend this house! Our hosts were readily available and everything was lovely.

Awesome place

This place was so nice to stay. I've stayed at many rentals and this one smelled good, was very clean and very spacious. Cozy, nice back yard and in a great location. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

True 5 star property

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we love it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all of the historic district. The bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is beautiful and the living room is perfect for a group. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

My wife and I wanted her aunt to see St. Augustine. We wanted a location close to downtown and as short drive to the beach. The house was perfect for our trip. Mickey furnished and well stocked with amenities. We recommend staying at this property and look forward to staying again! Brenda and Andy

Great home in a historic city

Absolutely lovely home and perfect location. Easy to walk around to most places, and a close drive to others. The house is spacious and the driveway accomodates for a city that requires paid parking everywhere. 10/10 would recommend

Great house!

The house was in a great location and was very clean. Love the front porch to sit out and have coffee in the morning. We walked everywhere. It was in a great location. One day we had Wi-Fi issues. I trip came out quickly to try and fix the problem.

Girls weekend

I booked this for a girls weekend in St. Augustine. It was perfect for what we needed! The living room is very spacious, and has great outdoor seating areas if there is good weather! We saved the location for future bookings if we’re back in the area. The location was great with everything walking distance - about 0.5 mile walk and saved us from having to find parking or uber into downtown. I would highly recommend!

Great Location

This place was perfect for our group to unwind after enjoying St Augustine. Great location for walking to many restaurants and local attractions. For the places a little further out, just catch the trolley and you can get dropped off a block away.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful neighborhood

La Valencia was the perfect home base for a girl’s weekend. The property is well maintained and well appointed with comfortable and attractive furnishing! The central location is within pleasant walking distance of almost anything you’d want to do in historic St Augustine!

Great location and lovely front porch

House is great-one level, nicely decorated. It has 2 full baths altho the bathtub is quite high in the master and a grab bar would be helpful. Great house for entertaining on a cobblestone street facing the tennis courts at Flagler College and a 10 minute walk or less to the historical area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot near Downtown Area!
