Great family vacation home

This home was exactly as described. Comfortable, clean, spacious and in a great location. The pool was great. Very responsive and helpful when needed. Great place to stay with teens.

Good house

It was a great stay, the house has everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was overall clean. The outside patio/pool area looked like it hadn’t been used in a while and could use some upkeep but we used it and had a good time. The commucation with the property manager we great and they took care of all of our needs.

Great communication from the partners. Evening I needed, they responded quickly & VRBO even helped resolve a lock out situation. Pool was really clean on day #2 and the updates to the home were very nice. Quiet neighborhood and quaint place. We had a great time.

Great home in great neighborhood

Beautiful home with enough room for 3 teenagers and their parents to spread out. The kids loved the pool. Adults loved the close proximity to historical district and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful.

Awesome property!

The house was perfect! It was very clean and there was lots of space for us to cook and hang out without feeling crowded.The pool and lanai area were so much fun for the kids and adults. The host was easy to communicate with and house is close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend!!

Quiet and Relaxing

Everything was spotless. The neighborhood is very quiet and in easy walking distance to a boat ramp and boardwalk overlooking the river with associated dog park. The heated pool was a huge hit with our 5 year old. She could stand up on her own in the shallow end. Prior to check-in, we were notified that the washing machine had broken. The owner let us know that a new machine was coming and offered to wash laundry for us if needed. It turned out not to be needed, and a new washing machine arrived in plenty of time. But, it was still very nice that they were so proactive about everything and offered to do that for us. The house is in easy driving distance of everything we wanted to do in and near St. Augustine. This is a great family-friendly place to stay, especially if you value peace and quiet.

Disappointed

The property was excellent brought children from north to swim in a heated pool! They only checked pool heater day before we get in property no pool heater, it was not working. So you can say it was a bust for kids!!! Otherwise property was pristine!

Family Christmas Trip

Beautiful

House was well laid out. Plenty of room for family of 6 adults. Well appointed decorations. Kitchen was fully stocked… no need to shop. Pool was fantastic! Close to St. Augustine.. 15 minute drive Restaurants too many to list. Easy check in Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for our great stay

Ok but wouldn't book again!

Property certainly notcas pictured (esp. Pool area). Rotted so called tiki bar, rusted stools, patio furniture so dirty you couldn't sit on it. Inside furniture needs replaced. Sectional so nasty I spread a sheet over it before we sat on it

River's Edge Retreat

Home is located in older neighborhood. Very quiet area. Very well stocked in kitchen area. Home could use floor repairs in MBR. Could use updated furniture and better quality throughout home at this price point.

Great River's Edge Property

Five stars all around to this property in St. Augustine. The house was better than described: neat and clean, well stocked and the pool was great. We stayed an extra day while hurricane Helene roared by. Surprisingly the neighborhood lost power that night but we left at sunrise and headed home.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Wonderful place to stay after the hurricane. They worked hard to get clean and ready even though the power was not on. We got power later that night and had a wonderful weekend with family! The pool was a much needed distraction to the craziness from Hurricane Heleen.

Great house close to the beach

Centrally located house. Didn’t take more than 15 minutes to downtown or the beach. The house was clean, spacious and cute. Our dog loved it there too. They gave us coupons to use for free products in old town which we had fun sampling. We would stay here again.

Great place

Wonderful accommodations. Everything you needed was there. Great for younger kids: enclosed pool, room with bunkbeds and tv. Short drive to St Augustine and beach. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great stay, lovely house...

We very much enjoyed our stay at River's Edge Retreat. The house and lovely pool area were just as advertised. The house and kitchen were well stocked for our needs and beyond. Property managers were easy to reach and responded in a very efficient manner when we had a little problem with the tub draining in the hall bath. Neighborhood was very peaceful and we felt safe in the house which was very important to us. The house was an easy drive to everything in St. Augustine - down to the historic district, out to Anastasia Island and over to Villano Beach. Convenient to stores for grocery shopping, etc. I would recommend it and I would rent again...many thanks for the opportunity.

Beautiful and Convenient

Super clean, beautiful home!! The private pool and garden area were amazing and enjoyed by the whole family. It had every amenity we could possibly need, accessible, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, lots of seating and plenty of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Check in and check out we’re super easy. Convenient to downtown and beaches with minimal travel time. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

Cute house, nice neighborhood. Short walk to the beautiful park down the road. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and historic district. For those that travel with their dogs there are stray cats in neighborhood. Neighbors are nice.

Like A Second Home

Me and my family absolutely loved this place! It was bright and open, and had everything we needed! The pool was wonderful and the heated aspect worked perfectly. Next time we come to the lovely city that is St. Augustine, we'll be staying here again. So close to everything! Our only gripe was that we weren't informed about someone coming to clean the pool, and we were startled when they came into the backyard area. Otherwise, everything else was amazing and we thank our hosts so much for creating a great space and making our vacation!
