This is one of the best places we've stayed at on beachside. Clean, convenient, comfortable and very roomy. Updated with beautiful floors and a beachy theme along with a fully fenced in privacy fence and relaxing hot tub. Check in a breeze and easy communication with hosts. Highly recommend and will definitely book this place again!

Great location. Host was fan with responses on dealing with a VRBO issue that had nothing to do with him. Super responsive and helpful. Hot tub was awesome on the drizzly days early into the trip.

Take me back!!

This property has a great location. It’s an easy quick walk to beautiful St. Augustine Beach, and delicious restaurants. It is close to several other great experiences such as historic downtown (which is amazing), the Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, etc. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as it was marketed on VRBO! Cute beach cottage within walking distance to everything. A quick drive to downtown historic district and Flagler College. The backyard was adorable only thing I would suggest is covers for outdoor furniture because we could never sit in the cushioned patio chairs as they were always wet due to the Florida rain. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly was a big plus!
