This house is in a great location!Very beachy and cute!Our dogs loved the big back yard.Good neighborhood.My only complaint was the tiny grill outside!We walked everywhere.

Fantastic Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much; the place was very clean; huge yard for the dogs too! You can walk to practically everything and just a few minute drive to the beach!

Fantastic

No electricity at the unit we reserved because of the storm. But Euphoria Vacation Homes responded immediately and put us in another unit without question. Was great working with them. Would recommend anytime.

Beautiful and simplistic!

As soon as you walk in it just feels relaxing. Super simplistic but in a very good way, very nice backyard we used to just sit out in the nice weather and drank our coffees in the morning, the host(s) are very helpful and really want to make your stay as smooth and comforting as possible. Literally walking distance to downtown where there’s a multitude of dining and entertainment options, just a short drive to St Augustine Beach. 10/10

Location was great, house just ok.

The location was great. The house was just okay, not as clean as we would have liked (there was a used tissue on the dining room table when we walked in, the bathroom smelt sour, and one of the other bedrooms had a funky smell also). The furniture REALLY needs updating. The sofa felt like you were going to fall into the floor & it was the only practical place to sit. The main air conditioner did not work properly, thank goodness for the window units and cooler weather.

Excellent location, comfortable for groups

The 3 bedrooms and 4 large beds make staying with friends very comfortable. The living room and dining room had many comfortable seating options. The home was cute and comfortable, well decorated with a lot of character. It got a little warm in the bedrooms at night so bring a fan if you can. The location could not have been more perfect! It’s literally a 60 second drive to the heart of downtown! Parking at the fort is free after 5 and that’s a close walk to just about anything. Close to so many restaurants and the lighthouse as well.
