Clean and Cozy

The house is smaller than it appears in photos but it worked out fine…plenty of privacy with private bathrooms! Only complaint was climbing two flights of stairs for our elderly guests! Some spaces were tight like the entry and the kitchen for a larger group like we had but we made it work!! House was very clean and colorful!!

28th Birthday Party

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts! The home was absolutely beautiful, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the house was plenty stocked with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, etc. The hosts were kind and responsive as well. Our crew cannot wait to make a stay here a yearly tradition :)

Mexican Home for a Mexican Family

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Two washer/driers really made the whole trip with so many people smooth! The pool was a comfortable temperature, beds cozy, and plenty of balconies! The beach was a very quick walk. Property manager was available to handle questions very fast! Thank you, we had a fabulous time!

We had a large group of family. We were there for 5 nights. The location and access to the beach was unbeatable. The pool was fantastic. The home was beautiful and we had plenty of room for our large group. The flat grill in the poolside kitchen was amazing for cooking for us! The only minor thing was outdoor furniture could use a little update (when we say on the iron table and chairs on the deck we had paint chips all over us). I feel that is should be mentioned in the overall info they do not keep any paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper at all in the house you need to buy your own. Loved the trip. We had 3 people with us who had never seen the ocean and it was a blast! Great home

Senior Trip 2023 plus a couple of moms

We had a wonderful time! There were 11 girls and 4 moms and we had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We also had everything we needed for all of us for our days at the beach or out by the pool.

Fun place

This house has it all for a fun stay. There are stairs galore so if mobility is an issue or toddlers in your group you might rethink it. There are comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The pool and hot tub were divine and we used them daily. There are plenty of towels, which was so nice. Also two sets of washers and dryers were great to have. The kitchen has every gadget you can think of. The location is nice; close to the beach and on a fairly quiet part of Gulf Drive. There are a lot of places to relax outside. Overall a fun place that we would rent again.

The property was everything that it said it was. We had a great stay! It was clean, beautiful, and close distance to many different restaurants and the beach itself. 🤩 Amazing

We booked two weeks before the Holiday which was shockingly surprising that this home was even available. The weather was not what we hoped for early in the week and left us no choice but to remain indoors. Ages 75-2 years old all under one roof, can you imagine? Two Seniors, 8 adults, 3 teens, 2 of ten years, a 5,4 and a 2 year old. Just so you have a clear picture 🤪 The lay out of this home accommodated ALL of us comfortably, it was absolutely perfect!!! It is fully stocked with everything you will need and more. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus the Men did enjoy. The kids also had a chance to enjoy the heated pool. Now I’ve rented a few homes here on the island the past five years, this one here is definitely a Treasure I’m glad I found. We will definitely be renting this home again.

Great location, cute house, awesome pool!

My family and I had our family vacation at this house. The floor plan was perfect for our size (7 adults, 4 children) the stairs we a little scary since there were no baby gates but not a big deal. The pool was clean and a great space for us to enjoy. The property management was super kind and very professional. I absolutely recommend this house!

Great property. Great location. Will book again.

We stayed at the property on a last-minute vacation during Thanksgiving week. Check-in was very smooth, and we received everything we needed well in advance of our arrival. The location of the house is VERY convenient. From front door to the beach is about a 2-minute walk, and the garage had tons of beach gear, chairs, wagons, coolers, and sand toys for the kids. Very nice! There are a couple of choices for grocery stores very nearby within a couple minutes' drive. The photos of the house are very accurate, and the house is as nice and comfortable as it looks. Pool area and back yard bar were a big hit with our group every evening. The Kitchen has everything you need if you are looking to cook a meal. We choose to eat out at the neighborhood restaurants every day/night, all which were within walking distance a few blocks away. The bedrooms are quite nice, and we found the beds to be comfortable. (Most beds were memory foam which our family likes). My advice.......Book it. The house is worth the $$$

Perfect location and amenities

We had a large family (23) gathering and had plenty of room, layout is perfect for large groups. Location is walking distance to everything you need from beach to restaurants. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided. The backyard pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen provided another fun experience.

South Padre Retreat

Property was great, I felt it was not as spacious as I would have wanted. Family gatherings were a challenge for 20. Pool was great, outdoor cooktop was convenient, but the best part of the house is the proximity to beach access 1. It was a 3-5 min walk and we spent most of our time there. One recommendation I would provide would be to have better or stronger data plan for big family usage at the house. The data could not keep up with us and buffering was terrible especially while watching movies. I ended up using my phones data plan a lot. Overall, the property had more pluses than negatives. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a terrific experience from check-in to check-out. When we arrived, everything from the inside of the house to the outdoor bar/grill and pool area were very clean and well maintained. The house Accommodated our large family (8 adults and 8 children) with ease. Zero issues with any of the appliances and communication was great with the owner/property manager. Location was also something we loved with just a short walk to the beach.

Spacious and great amenities

This was a wonderful place to take our seniors that just graduated from high school. Boys and girls were able to grab their own spots and yet still have gathering areas. The house was large and well stocked as far as towels, kitchen items, blankets, etc The homeowner was wonderful to work with! Loved our trip!

More lovely than it looks...

In a location very close to the heart of SPI, this home is beautifully decorated and very pleasing to the eye. Little touches abound throughout the house, and we never tired of finding something new. The home was clean, the appliances were all far nicer than one usually finds, and the furniture was all comfy and plush. Outdoor bar was great for afternoons, and the pool was just right for laps in the morning, and loafing in the afternoon. The beach was truly a short walk away, as my 89-year-old Mom was easily able to get down to the sand with us and watch her grandkids goof off in the surf. The provided beach cart and beach furniture was nicer than the stuff we brought! Truly a fine property!
