Nice home with excellent location. Early issue with hot tub, but persistent maintenance crew was able to repair to make our stay truly enjoyable. Check-in and checkout were very easy, with courteous staff. We could be persuaded to stay here again.

McGowan Family Stay

Everything was mostly fine. Unfortunately we checked in the day the management was having their holiday party and would not respond to calls or messages. The AC would not work and while that sounds not so bad in winter, it was as the house was 77°. So a tad uncomfortable. But they did respond the next day and had it fixed by noon. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Can't wait to come back

When we arrived we had a small hiccup with the door code, but once i called they were there to help immediately. The house exceeded my expectations! We were a group of 7 and we loved having extra space to just chill. The pool area was amazing! Location was excellent! I was nervous about the distance to the beach as we brought a 3yo. It was very easily walkable! No complaints! We will definitely return!!

Pool and Spa unusable

Many good things about the property, location, house layout. Booked this property mainly for the pool. The pool heater is not working properly. Called spi 5 times about the issue. They sent out 4 maintenance people and one person from the pool company. Pretty crappy watching the next door neighbors enjoy their spa and we sat in the house. The first trip for our 3 year old granddaughter and she got in for 5 minutes our entire stay.

Although management & maintenance very responsive had to call for heat in pool. Then had to call as hot tub not working. Never resolved very disappointing. We bought our own bleach & mildew cleaner for patio furniture and surrounding deck area which were mildew.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Stay

This home was perfect for 5 grown adults and 1 infant. Best feature for us was we each had our own bathrooms. The home is nicely updated and clean. The spa was great at night, although it did take time to warm up to temp but that was due to the air temperature being in the 40's. Property management was fantastic with easy check-in and out process.

Beautiful updated spacious home!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group (6 adults and 3 kids). Easily could have fit more in the house. The house was super easy access to the beach (less than a block away) and the beach was beautiful and quiet. The house was perfect for what we needed and was as seen in the pictures (beautiful, updated, etc.). We loved having our own kitchen and pool and hot tub. We did end up having issues with the hot tub/pool daily but once contacting SPI Rentals someone was always out very quickly. The issues included the hot tub getting too cold (variations of 30 degrees), cold water going into the hot hub from the pool, the main pool being too chilly, and the hot tub water level dropping below the jets. It would be nice if there were instructions on site for how to use the pool/hot tub buttons on the wall because we didn’t know what they meant or what they did. I also would be nice if the property had some beach gear (wagon to bring to the beach, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs). We ended up buying $150 worth of beach chairs so the next group renting could have something to sit on at the beach. Overall loved it and would definitely go back!
