Beach House Oasis with Private Heated Pool & NEW Cascading Hot Tub

Our custom-designed, two-story home has four bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The primary suite upstairs has a king-size bed, a daybed and a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-size bed.

The fully-equipped poolside apartment suite downstairs has a queen-sized bed, a built-in daybed, and a kitchen perfect for preparing snacks and meals as the family gathers around the pool and has direct access to the backyard.

The new, custom-designed bunk bed room is also on the lower level, connected by a hallway and sleeps four guests.

The home has quality furnishings and amenities. The upstairs kitchen is spacious and complete with state- of-the-art stainless steel appliances, equipment, and cooking amenities/utensils needed to prepare that special island meal. A well-appointed family room provides a relaxing and open environment easily accessible from the second-floor bedrooms.

We provide quality bed linens, comforters, quilts, and blankets for all beds. The washer and dryer units are available in the upstairs hallway. Bath and beach towels are provided. The driveways can accommodate four vehicles.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

The house was very comfortable and spacious. There was everything we needed to relax at the pool, grill, and prepare meals. Renting the golf cart with the house made going to the local shops, beach, and restaurants so easy. It was much more reasonable than the rental stores. The hosts were super responsive and helpful for any issues that arose. Just the hot tub had a glitch but was fixed right away. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Great location with easy beach access. With the back yard Oasis I had very little need to beach it. Walked the dogs in the morning and enjoyed the awesome backyard until evening when we did the bar scene ( also convenient to the house). Chris and Jason were extremely responsive to my queries. We’ll be back!

We overall enjoyed are stay!

None of the TVs in the room were hooked up, downstairs bedroom mold on ceiling over little bed, downstairs room had a weird order, the golf carts lights were not working and it didn’t seem to have good power. Pool items were broken.The kitchen was supplied very well and all toiletries were stocked. Detergent was stocked! Upstairs was very pretty and we enjoyed the big windows. Location was excellent!! The pool is very nice!

Family Vacation

The entire family loved this house. We have stayed in quite a few houses, but this one is at the top. We had a whole family of 7 and we had a blast. Most of the family just wanted to enjoy the pool and the house more than the beach, and my kids love the ocean. Great spot close to the beach!

Relaxing Weekend

I rented this place to surprise my daughter and 4 of her friends for their last get together of their Senior year. The 5 girls are all in the Top 3 and 5% of their class.(Yes, I am bragging) It was a well deserved weekend for the girls. They loved the place and occupied the Master bedroom and the bedroom downstairs with pool access. I stayed upstairs in another room. Everything went smoothly as planned. We want to Thank the Host for their prompt response to our questions.

Everything was as listed and it's beautiful! It was great having the golf cart and all the beach and pool equipment/toys we could possibly need or want. A few hiccups (like stuck lock box for golf cart key) were handled quickly and satisfactory. The pool area is perfect. It feels like paradise. The beach is just down the street, less than a five minute walk and it is spectacular! The house could easily sleep 15 and with 3 bathrooms can easily accommodate. Everything imaginable was provided...towels (bath and beach), pots, pans, dishes, toiletries, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry soap, blankets, pillows, sheets, cleaning supplies, everything! This house will not disappoint!

Overall Great Stay in SPi

We had a nice stay at this property overall. The house was clean and had everything we needed, plus the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to great local restaurants and activities. The backyard was peaceful and a great spot to relax.We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, including a pool chemical imbalance and a problem with the mini-split unit on the first floor, but the property manager was very responsive and addressed these concerns promptly.Despite these hiccups, we appreciated the efforts made to ensure our stay was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, conveniently located property with a relaxing outdoor space, this would be a great option.

Beautiful Oasis

We loved our stay here. The pool and spa was clean and easy to turn on. The backyard is full of greenery which gave a lot og privacy. The only issue i had was that there was no blinds or curtains in living room. Peole across the street could just watch us which we were kinda weirded out about. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and vacation

This was a girl's trip, and we had an awesome stay. First of all - shout out to Property manager Chris! He made sure our stay was a great experience! The spa was brand new and had a few kinks, he made sure it was fixed and working properly during our stay. We asked for personal recommendations on dining, places to go, things to see, etc., since the brochure is generic, and was not disappointed one bit! Answered all texts and calls promptly, nice and courteous!

Fantastic stay

Tropical Oasis

This property is amazing! It was clean, well stocked and as lovely as depicted in the photos. The well maintained and not overly crowded beach is a short walk away. The wagons, chairs and other equipment enhanced our beach experience. Honestly, though, some afternoons we preferred to stay in the beautifully landscaped backyard playing in the delightful pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The property manager was very approachable and answered any questions we had. We were sorry to leave and hope to stay at this house again!

Beach House Getaway

The property was very clean and the kids loved the backyard pool. They stayed in it alot. There were a few little things that could have used attention but overall was great place to stay. Plenty of dishes and everything you needed to cook. Loved that they had lots of clean bath towels for everyone. The beach wagon and chairs in garage were great for short trip down the block to the beach. Storm came in and weather kept us from being able to go back to the beach. Would have loved some more time there.

Enjoyed family vacation at SPI

Home was nice and lots of pool and beach accessories. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub was a plus. In the far back area where the construction had been needs to be cleaned up, maybe a concrete area to sunbath as a lot of the area around the pool is shaded by the beautiful tropical landscape. Some water damage noted at bottom of basement stairs that could be fixed. Suggestions for items to be stocked in home with a large family staying would be more dishwasher pods only 6 were available for a weeks stay, laundry pods 6 available, and not a stock of toilet paper available, we went a purchased these items as we ran out. Location is wonderful and easy communication with owners and rental management.
