Gondola Vista is a premier luxury vacation rental property, the first of its kind in South Lake Tahoe. With 20 exclusive homes available, you can rent individual residences or reserve the entire 3.43-acre estate for private events, including family or corporate retreats and weddings.

Your private “backyard” is a 725-acre natural paradise, Van Sickle Park, offering unparalleled views and outdoor experiences. The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families.
This spacious three-level, five-bedroom townhouse offers a comfortable base for your Lake Tahoe adventure, particularly near Heavenly Ski Resort.

The first level features a cozy entertainment area, large bedroom with a private bathroom, and an entertainment area.

The second level includes an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space, a private deck with fireplace and gas grill, laundry room, and another large bedroom with en-suite bath.

The third level has three additional bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bath, and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. The home is stylishly finished with reclaimed wood floors, custom cabinetry, heated bathroom floors, and multi-zone climate control. It’s conveniently located near ski resorts, parks, beaches, golf courses, dining, shopping, and trails.

- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.

- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed

- Maintenance: On Site until 4:00pm Daily

The property was wonderful - perfectly set up for our group and extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the entire set up. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the outdoor fireplace, as well as the easy access to the Village. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Terrific location, steam showers, great bedding, neat place. Only drawback was hearing the next door neighbors walking up / down stairs. That's the hard part about Condos, otherwise it was really great place.

Fabulous house

The house was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all nine of us. We loved the golf carts for rent. It was fun to step out of the house and explore Van Sickle state park right in the backyard. Thanks for a great house for our family vacation.

We went Memorial Day Weekend for a bachelorette party. The house was clean, well organized & provided ample directions for working various amenities (wi-fi, fireplaces, etc). 40th Birthday Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! The furnishings and interior decor were incredible. It was the perfect location to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with friends. We went hiking on a nearby trail and never once had to drive anywhere for anything. It’s a short walk to the village, and the condos were incredibly quiet, despite it being a fairly busy weekend.

Beautiful home + Great location

This is a beautiful house and we had a lovely stay. Everything is new, the furniture is comfortable. The location is great! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Great to have a garage. Lacking outdoor space, but it's a wonderful excuse to get to the lake! We made a big family dinner.
