The coffee maker did not work (leaked and steamed when trying to make a cup.) No ice bucket or ice machines available. Often, the front desk would not answer the phone calls to it. It happened only 90 minutes later when I tried a third time.

Good location. Nice view on the 8th floor. Bed mattress too soft it felt like I'm on the sea whenever my partner moved.
Many towels, big balcony overlooking the harbor. Room was not cleaned. The made knocked on the door around 16:00 asked if we want the room to be cleaned. Same happened to our friends on the same floor. They have complained at reception about the toilet being noisy, nobody came to fix it. So, a good nice spacious hotel in the center of town, has to take care of the little things too.
