It is the perfect place to go fishing with your kids, or with your buddies! The public boat launch is nearby at Woodlake Recreation Area. You canlaunch your boatand bring it around to the dock, right in the backyard for the duration of your stay. The homeis located on a bend in theOchlockonee River with a small island across from us. And we have a large concrete pad for parking the boat trailer. This property shares the same WIFI as the main house beside it, we have added antennas and boosters, but servicecan be spotty sometimes. All pillows, linens, towels, and cozy throw blankets are provided. The kitchen is supplied with dishware, utensils, a coffee maker, a convection microwave, and a MINI fridge. You have shared use of the large outdoor grill. PLEASE NOTE, THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE SMALL STUDIO COTTAGE ONLY. THE MAIN HOUSE RENTS SEPARATELY AND IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE OCCUPIED DURING YOUR STAY.
