We enjoyed a beautiful few days. This condo is amazing. TV was great. Internet was great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had pots and pans but no food-- not even salt and pepper (never had to bring my own to a vrbo before and we travel lots!) Here's my experience: Two weeks before our scheduled trip, my grandfather unexpectedly passed away and the funeral was scheduled the day we were supposed to check out. I emailed through the vrbo app and told them the situation and asked if the condo was available for us to arrive one day early, and check out one day early. I waited the 48 hours and never got a response. I emailed again, asking that if the condo wasn't available for us to go the day before, we could adjust our plans accordingly but to please just let us know. Again, no response. I emailed a third time and said that I would be leaving a review about the lack of response and communication, and again, no response. I received a text the day we were originally were to check in with all the check in information (which went very smoothly) and I replied to that text about how I would appreciate someone reaching out to me or responding to my emails. Again, no response. We ended having to leave a day early, to get to the funeral--without ever hearing from the management team. The location and condo was awesome. I would never choose to use this management team again--very disappointing.
