Welcome to your beachfront adventure. Enjoy the built-in benches on your private boardwalk for people-watching, reading, or just enjoying the scenery. The views from the top floor open deck will take your breath away.

In keeping with reverse floor plan design, the first level features most of the bedrooms. A large furnished covered deck overlooks the incredible ocean view. The boardwalk to the beach and convenient outside shower make for an easy, carefree beach day. Bring your chairs and boogie boards down the sand and soak up the Vitamin D. On this level, you'll also find the laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The second level offers the main living area, with stunning ocean views from the furnished open deck. Make it a point to awake early one morning to see the sun rise over the ocean and watch the world wake up. It's worth the effort. A spacious, yet cozy, living room features cool wood floors, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting for a soft and open feel. Plenty of comfortable coordinated furniture allows the whole gang to relax together, whether watching a favorite TV show or movie or just enjoying each other's company. The gorgeous kitchen will be the family chef's delight. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and tiled tin backsplash work together with the breakfast bar for four to create a welcoming atmosphere not just for the chef, but the whole group. The formal dining table for eight lays claim to the best table in the house right in front of the oceanfront windows. To bring a bit of the outdoors in, just open the sliding glass door.

My favorite thing about this house was the abundance of colorful deck furniture. Our family enjoyed our stay. A bathroom for every bedroom is great. The only thing that would improve it would be a table and at least partial covering of the top deck.

Disappointed

Arrived and keypad wouldn’t work. Took 30 minutes and several phone calls to get in. We saw roaches every day. Never had a return phone call in regard to this. Bedroom sliding door lock was broke. Stairs on the inside were too steep and dangerous for elderly. Bottom level had a terrible musty smell. Access to beach was dangerous because sand buried several steps. No hot water in outside shower. Many of the inside bathroom showers were awkward to use because the shower head was not the right size for the shower and shower head was not moveable. No potholders in kitchen. The view was lovely and upper deck was used a lot but we slept in fear of roaches. Not a good vacation. Feel we should be refunded.
