Excellent place to rent. We had 6 adults and it worked out well. A lot of stairs so if handicapped and cannot do stairs this place could be an issue. Very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Walking along this river was beautiful. I would totally recommend.

great modern condo with HUGE garage. Perfect for family vacation near summit county ski areas. new construction and great amenities. Snow removal was great.only small issue, many towel racks and toilet paper holders were coming out of sheetrock. PM may want to check all of them for proper install.

Ski Central

This property was perfect for a ski trip or any trip to surrounding mountains.. You are smack dab in the center of some of the best ski resorts in the country and regardless of your an ikon or epic pass holder you have plenty of options just a short drive.It was comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The radiant floor heating was amazing!!!Will book again for our next trip to Colorado

Disappointing in so many ways, but not enough characters to state it all!

Our stay was Sun evening, 12/29/24, thru Fri morning, 1/3/25. Our party was eight, with our adult son and daughter-in-law, along with our adult daughter and three grandkids, for our annual ski trip. The place was as pictured and very clean. One of the first things I noticed, as we entered the unit from the garage, was a sticky note over the heated garage thermostat that it was not to be set above 55 degrees. A heated garage is an amenity I look for during our ski trips but I have never stayed anywhere where they limited what temperature you could use. The first evening, there was a very loud, vibrating noise, akin to an unbalanced washing machine. It was very noticeable between the master bedroom and the adjoining bedroom. This noise woke up my wife and I, and my son and daughter-in-law in the adjoining bedroom.My best guess is that it was due to the heating system. After a day of skiing on Monday, after taking a shower, I was toweling off my face and noticed several long strands of black hair on the supposedly clean towel. I called Vacasa, the property management company, at 8:49 a.m. and told them of my concerns. The person I spoke to said he would look into it and have a local Vacasa person reach out to me that day.After not hearing from anyone, I texted the number that was in my welcome email from Vacasa. That was Tuesday evening at 6:42 p.m. I have run out of characters (1500) which is keeping me from stating so much more of how it went further downhill from here.

Great place overall

This condo is great, great location and space, nice finishes and features! They do need to a better job of cleaning, our feel were black walking around without shoes, so we wore shoes the whole time, the bedding and linens were dirty so we did laundry and washed them while we were there to sleep good, overall it was a great place just needed a better cleaning, the master bed was super firm so if that is your jam you will love it
