3 ½ -room apartment on the ground floor ca. 120 m2, sunny with view of the lake and mountains. Entrance with hall stand. One double room with bath/double sink/toilet. One bedroom with two beds. Shower/toilet/sink. Open kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Living/dining room with fireplace and access to the garden and view of the lake and mountains. Storeroom with washing machine and drier. 2 garage parking places. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Luorza was built in 1990 and is located at the edge of the woods in a very quiet spot. Many cross country ski tracks and hiking trails start right by the house. The mountain cable railway can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Due to many gorgeous ski slopes the Corvatsch is a popular destination. In the summer it is the starting point of many hikes. During the season the bus leaves for every direction every half hour. The bus stop is about 350m away from the apartment. There is a bakery in Surlej, more shopping possibilities are in Silvaplana, which is about 1km away.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
