Condo #424 is located on the 4th floor at Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club with a gulf view! This unit is a completely renovated, upgraded kitchen that is well-equipped. There is a new walk-in shower and fully renovated bathroom. The unit has new flooring, ceiling fans and fresh paint, all recently done. The condo comes fully stocked with all your towel needs. In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed with new linens. Outdoor balcony off the living room and bedroom where you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail while watching the sunset. Lovely view of the lush landscape and waterfall, partial view of the gulf. Cable and hi-speed WIFI included. The unit has a pull-out sofa in the living room. We supply Beach Chairs, Umbrella, and rolling cooler for beach use.

A Beautiful Place

This one bedroom unit overlooks the road and the fountains of the property. This makes for wonderful people watching. You also have beautiful gulf views from the lanai. The unit is plenty big for 2-3 people and nicely furnished. The kitchen could use some basic mixing bowls and newer pots/pans though. There is plenty to do on this property and is a great place to meet new people. We highly recommend it!

The condo is beautiful

The managers were very friendly and helpful. The condo had a beautiful view. The amenities were very good. The city is with in walking distance with a free trolley available. I definitely would rent this place again.
