Amplio y luminoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios con zona exterior

Magnificas vistas a las calles y fachadas de Sevilla y un cómodo rincón exterior para sentarse.:
Magnífico Palacete ubicada en el corazón del barrio de Santa Cruz, en pleno centro de Sevilla.

Se trata de una casa totalmente reformada con nueve apartamentos modernos y equipadas con todo detalle. Palacete Molina se acceede a traves de un portón antiguo de madera y una cancela que da a un patio interior privado con una fuente. En la planta baja tenemos los apartamentos 1, 2 y 3. Subiendo por las escaleras o por el ascensor se accede a los apartamentos 4,5 y 6. En el ultimo piso tenemos los apartamentos 7, 8 y 9. Cada una con una pequeña zona exterior equipada con una mesita y 2 sillas. En la azotea disponemos de una lavadora y una secadora de uso común para todo el edificio.

Palacete Molina 9 es un amplio apartamento de 50m2. La entrada es directamente al salón con cocina. Al fondo tenemos dos dormitorios. El primero de ellos tiene una cama de 150cm x 190cm y el cuarto de baño justo fuera. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 150cm x 200cm y el cuarto de baño en suite.

La calle Argote de Molina es una de las más bonitas y conocidas del barrio de Santa Cruz, pues sale de la Catedral y la bordea por detrás hasta perderse en lo profundo de la zona más antigua e histórica de Sevilla, la antigua Judería.

En el entorno de la propiedad encontrará los bares y restaurantes más típicos y castizos de Sevilla, donde disfrutar de las mejores tapas. Además a escasos metros también hay supermercados, tablaos flamencos y tiendas.

Great apartment

Apartment was as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff was very attentive. The location is terrific. We stayed for five nights couldn’t have asked for a better location to see all of Sevilla. So very walkable to see all the sights. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment very close to the Cathedral. Lisa and Barbara were very helpful, as my friend left her backpack in a taxi and they did everything they could to help us find it. Things we loved--lost of space, comfy beds, lots of outlets, and an elevator for heavy luggage.Just a note: It could get a little noisy at nighttime, just from people walking outside, but once you close the windows, it was fine.We would all stay here again - the location, comfort, and service were amazing!

Stunning apartment close to everything in Seville

The host was extremely helpful in arranging our arrival and our stay. The apartment was lovely and thankfully air conditioned throughout. There was a heat wave during our stay so returning to a cool place made a huge difference in our enjoyment of Seville.

Nice apartment in a great location

Apartment as shown in pictures if not better. Great location 5-10mins walk to most sights. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Well equipped including washer dryer facilities in the building.

Well equipped apartment in excellent location

Clean, well- equipped, comfortable apartment in excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance of main attractions (Cathedral, Real Alcazar etc). Selection of supermarkets nearby. 10 min walk to San Sebastion bus stop & 25 min walk to Santa Justa train station. Excellent base to enjoy beautiful Seville.

Host was welcoming. The place was very nice and quiet, nice central location. The complex was pretty quiet throughout our stay. I loved all the security features provided. The 3rd story laundry room was a huge plus for us! Only negative was having no access to the rooftop. The website makes it look like you have access, but it was closed off.

Charming modern apartment

We loved staying here! It is a centrally located in town so an easy walk to everything. The building is charming and I loved the little outdoor courtyard (shared space). The bathrooms were modern (the shower is a tight space). Check in and check out were easy and the communication was excellent. It is on a narrow street so we had a walk a bit to get to/from taxi/uber but it wasn't a big deal - 3 min walk.

You can’t beat a central location in Seville

If you’re looking for somewhere central in Seville this is it, it’s so close to all the main sights you can easily walk everywhere. Also close by, whichever way you turn are lots of great restaurants and the foods are delicious. Try the Black ink Cuttlefish Paella if you have a chance, delicious! Our apartment was clean, tidy, easy access and the communication all through was excellent. Our only suggestion is to have lounge seats to seat four people. We’d highly recommend staying here, you’ll be happy 😄

Close to everything in Sevilla

Our apartment was great. Nicely kept building and the living space was well appointed. The location was perfect for walking around Sevilla. Lots of space and having two bathrooms was a rare offering and much appreciated. When we had a problem with the washing machine offered for residents, the response was quick and the problem solved.As we used the kitchen for breakfasts etc having a small dishwasher would have been welcome.
