It is not my intention to leave a bad review but instead to bring awareness to the reviews. Believe all the negative reviews because upon arrival to the unit we found numerous lady bugs, stink bugs, and wasps flying around the unit. I messaged owner who replied that this was normal for this area and lady bugs are harmless. The wasps and hot tub issue later discussed in my review were unaddressed. We have stayed many times in the area and this was a first. It took us 1.5 hrs to clean everything and wash all the comforters because we could tell they were dirty. I did not complain again because we are not those type of people. This place is in fact located on top of a mountain with trailer parks directly below (there is no view) and a junk yard around the corner. We were not bothered during our stay and once we got it cleaned it was comfortable. The hot tub was halfway full and we had to fill it up only to discover it needed to be cleaned and felt like sitting in luke warm bath water. Again full disclosure we did not formally complain. The game that was pictured did not work the entire time and we did not complain about that as well. During the course of one night I awoke with a stink bug on my arm and my wife had one on her eye. There are no curtains to the unit so people who walk or drive by can look into the unit. Being that I have a daughter I solved that by putting black trash bags up against the windows that surprisingly held up well during our stay.
