This 6,000+ sq ft, 12-bedroom, 3-story cabin is perfect for large groups and ideally located just minutes from Soaky Mountain Water Park, Wilderness at the Smokies, Dollywood, Sevierville Golf Club, and more. With parking for 6 vehicles, ramp access to the entry level, and top amenities like a private heated indoor pool, home theater, game room, two decks with mountain views, hot tub, fire pit, and WiFi throughout, this cabin is built for both comfort and convenience.

Main Level:
This level features the living room, kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, and indoor/outdoor lounge.

The living area offers leather seating, an electric fireplace, and a large Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all necessary cookware and tableware.
The dining area offers plenty of seating with a large table and additional seats at the island.
The indoor/outdoor lounge has bar seating, a TV, and a glass garage door that opens to the deck for fresh air and entertainment.

This cabin has everything - so much that we didn't enjoy even half the ammenities. There are only two reasons I don't give it 5 stars:• The pool water was way too hot, and I called and they didn't take care of it.• I asked for trash pick up and they said they would take care of it, but didn't.However, I would not let those two negatives outweigh the positives - it is a wonderful place, and the price was very reasonable for the dates we went (July 4 weekend).1,000% planning on going again!

Great property but not ready for relaxing stay

We traveled from Florida and checked into this property on January 28, 2024, expecting a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the host failed to disclose that the neighborhood is an active construction zone. Upon arrival, we noticed significant construction debris—rebar, gravel, and cement blocks—making the exterior unsafe for children.Each morning, beginning at 7:30 AM, we were woken by loud construction—excavators, dump trucks, and cement deliveries on both sides of the house. The noise persisted throughout our stay. On Thursday, a construction crew even knocked on our door, requesting us to move our vehicles from our designated parking spots so they could complete their work next door.Despite contacting the host multiple times, their only response was an apology and the claim that it was out of their control. While the house itself is beautiful, the listing did not disclose the extent of the ongoing construction. At a premium price, we expected peace and relaxation, but instead, we experienced constant noise and safety concerns.Although the home is amazing, the property is not yet suitable for a relaxing stay due to early morning construction noise and hazardous debris extending onto the property, posing a danger to both children and adults.
