A Piece of Heaven

Nice large cabin thats very clean and has plenty of room for the whole family. There are three decks in the back and they all have awesome veiws.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Came with my wife for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. We enjoyed the game room (without the kids there to take over LOL) the hot tub was very relaxing, the view was breathtaking, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Next time we need to stay longer.

Nice getaway

Very clean cabin. Had everything we needed. Refrigerator is to close to wall to fully open and the door on the dishwasher sticks and is really hard to open. Dishwasher doesn't seem to be mounted as tips forward on you when loading Other than that it was a nice place to stay

Beautiful

Beautiful and clean property. Well stocked with all the essentials for cooking including a crockpot! Accommodations for a baby including a high chair, pack n play, and even a gate made travel with an infant so much easier. Many extra blankets and pillows if needed. Overall, great cabin, we will be looking to book in the future!

Beautiful Well Equipped Cabin

We had a great stay! The cabin was super clean and just as advertised. Our kids loved the "crow's nest" loft in the upstairs bedroom. The view was beautiful and we saw a mama bear and three cubs walk right behind the cabin! The game room was also a hit for our family. The cabin was WELL stocked with extra linens/blankets and plenty of nice towels. It is about a 30 minute drive into Pigeon Forge and you are definitely in the mountains, so be prepared for a curvy drive up to the cabin. We took advantage of some of the complimentary tickets that were offered. Super easy process! Would definitely stay again!

Great family cabin

Stayed here for a week in July with our family of four adults and five kids. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, very well stocked with anything we needed including a griddle we used for breakfast. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. First night there saw momma bear and 3 cubs off of the deck and a few days later a couple other bears. Only went to the pool one day while we were there and had no problems. Just not enough time. Roads are curvy and hilly on the way to the cabin but they are all paved and not hard to navigate. My husband and son in law never had any issues. The cabin and the views are definitely worth the drive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin with great views and plenty to do...but

Very scary drive to get to the cabin. If you don't like driving mountain roads, I would suggest you pick another cabin. Once you get there, you will have an amazing time. Beautiful views, plenty of space for the family! Kids enjoyed the pool table, table top video games, etc.

Great cabin, great location, it’s the small things that require improvement

The cabin is great! Lots of space, very comfortable, amazing view. We had a hot tub issue but the property manager helped troubleshoot and fix it quickly and effectively. The one “complaint” we have is the pool is advertised as open daily until 9pm. We had action packed days with seeing the attractions and intentionally kept the pool for the last day, to end the day … we promised our 10 year old and 12 year old they could swim on x day. We arrived at 5:55 only to learn they close at 6:00pm. Despite the information on all the guides in the cabin and the website. It crushed our kids hearts and was a poor way to end our last day. There are a ton of small touches that caused several inconveniences. They only give you one garbage bag and limited rolls of toilet paper. They provide no coffee and the coffee maker leaks … there’s no grocery store close by. Finally… icing on the cake … the check out expectation is that we clean everything, including making sure blankets that were moved from one location to another is replaced back- or you get a $50 fee. Despite the fact we pay hefty cleaning fees plus several other fees that nearly double the total cost listed per night. I could have looked past the fees … and even the cleaning requirements. But it’s the small things that caused harm to the overall experience like coffee, toilet paper and garbage bags. All of which could be fixed for less then $10 per stay.

Definitely "a piece of heaven" view

Beautiful cabin with amazing views! Got to see a bear walking on the road upon check in right near the cabin. Plenty to do at the cabin if there is a rainy day. The game room was a hit for my husband & our 3 kids. The hot tub was an added bonus for an end of the day relaxation. We couldn't use the indoor jetted tub unfortunately. Upon filling it up & turning the jets on there was alot of brown stuff floating on bubbles all around the top. I didn't see anything coming out of the faucet or on the bottom of the tub so not sure what it was. I did let the management know. We definitely plan to come back next year & rent this cabin again! Thank you

Awesome Mountain Get-a-way

My husband and I, along with our 2 kids; ages 12 and 14 enjoyed a 5 day stay in A Piece of Heaven and loved every minute of it. Perfect location if you want peace and quiet but also want to try some local attractions. We loved the game room! Our family stayed up late a few nights playing pool, foosball, retro video games and making family memories. Already planning our next visit!

The cabin appears larger in pictures, hot tub is on balcony so have to walk 2 sets of stairs wet! Refrigerator had to be replaced, whirlpool tub leaks thru floor to main level. Property Manager was very short with me about it all (Linda) cabin is not set up for a family, only 4 people can sit in either living room. Would not recommend.

Fun and spacious cabin

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. There was lots of fun things to do and plenty of room to spread out. Our kids enjoyed the games in the basement floor while we relaxed on the deck. The views were incredible. We would definitely come back again.

Overall good except non working fridge

Beautiful cabin but fridge did not work cause if almost $200 of groceries to go bad. Attempted using cooler and freezer but spoiled a lot of the food still.
