This amazing Sedona Sanborn Retreat property is situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood and is close to many attractions including Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, as well as many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping!

This recently remodeled split-level home offers 1,536 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to eight guests.

Entering the home through the front door, you will be greeted by the split-level stairway. Up a few stairs puts you into main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. This home is also accessible through the backyard walkway without the use of stairs.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch with a queen sleeper sofa, a 65” Smart TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, and the kitchen's bar offers seating for two.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six. Additional seating for three at the counter height bar top table.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom (upper/main level)— King size bed, 55” Smart TV and access to the balcony, the en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, separate steam shower.

Bedrooms 2 (lower level) – Two twin beds, 43” Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a tub/shower combo. (beds can be converted into a king bed at additional charge by request)

Bedrooms 3 (lower level) – Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood

We loved our stay at the Red Rock Views VRBO! The home is perfect, with a spacious living area with lots of light and gorgeous red rock views, just like the description suggests. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals if needed. Location was great - a quick drive to everything you need. Home is situated in a cute neighborhood not far from a grocery store. Leaving 4 stars for "Communication" because I emailed ahead of time to see if there'd be yoga mats at the rental, and received a "No" in response, so I packed mine, but there are in fact, several yoga mats at this location. I would have liked to not have lugged mine out with me in my suitcase. That would have been helpful.

A perfect view. Clean and well furnished. Plenty of towels and blankets. Only opportunity I can think of is coffee related - no coffee provided and coffee pot stopped dripping too early. Found a workaround by turning coffee pot off, then back on.

One of the best VRBO's if not THE Best Home we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the layout, the amenities, the location. We are family of four who stayed for 4th of July week. This home was very nice with plenty of space and nice furnishings. They were pet friendly and eveneft doggy bags and bowl. We did no cooking but the home had everything you would need. Beautiful views sitting in front room or kitchen and lication made it easy to get to uptown and to other shops on 179. It was in a great location for hiking too Loved that we had access to a washer and dryer especially after hiking. The main bathroom shower was the only amenities we did not like. It was difficult for a tall person to be comfortable in the pod like shower. We still had a great time and enjoyed the property.

We stay at a lot if VRBO’s when we travel. This is DEFINITELY one of the best in terms of cleanliness, updates, location in Sedona, safety and nice neighborhood. They thought of everything to make the visit perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and lays out. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house had good views of the mountains and was nice neighborhood. The stars at night were amazing! This home was tastefully and beautifully decorated, and had lots of natural light throughout, It was convenient to downtown Sedona, grocery stores and restaurants. There was even a place you could hike in the back of the neighborhood, but unfortunately, we ran out of time to do that. The kitchen was well equipped except I did miss my Keurig. 😊 Check in and out was a breeze and the management was super helpful with restaurant recommendations as well opportunities and info on local activities. We would definitely recommend this home!
