While clean, the unit itself could really use some updating. Furniture is old, bed linens should be replaced, carpeting is dingy. Outdoor furniture was old and none of the chairs or chaise lounges had cushions. Towels were old and didn’t smell fresh. Mattresses were comfortable and the fireplaces were nice. In the morning after our first night, the water pressure was extremely low and the toilet wouldn’t flush or fill. After contacting the rental company we were informed that they needed to move us to a new unit because there was a water line leak. They moved us to a unit that was a thirty minute drive away in a completely different area. They offered one other unit that was closer but it was only a one bedroom unit and we needed two bedrooms. I Love Vacations Rentals refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of moving to another unit and area because they said that the situation was beyond their control. I am dissatisfied with this response and believe that some type of compensation is warranted.

Perfect. Lots of space, everything was fresh and clean and comfortable, location is amazing…..I didn’t want to leave! Everything was as described/shown in the listing. There are stairs to get up to the unit from the parking space (which is right next to the stairs, so that was convenient), just as an FYI. All in all a great stay and I’d definitely stay again!

The property was in a great location, very quiet.It was nicely decorated & very clean.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except for coffee mugs, they could provide 8 instead of 4, which would be helpful.A few games would have been fun.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Property is fantastic.

The condo was great- very clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. The location of the resort is perfect. The check in (4pm) and out (10am) could be better. Its 100 per hour to change.

The condo was just as the pictures indicated. It was very comfortable and the location was great. We were close to Sedona and Flagstaff and able to do many activities from here. The river is behind the complex and there is a hiking trail that you can use . We cooked a lot and had the kitchen pans and utensils that were needed. There is a Safeway that we used in Sedona. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!!!

Junipine Resort Condominium

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Furnishings are comfortable and good quality. We had two couples and one dog in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo is well situated on the property, which is a very quiet community even though it is right on the road. We would definitely rent again.

We got together with some Family. Our only issue was having a problem with the crazy remote and being that we were older two couples having one bedroom upstairs was a little bit challenging, but all in all we had a wonderful time.

Auld Lang Syne

Vacationed at the property for 4 nights over New Years and it couldn't have been sweeter! This complex is in a serene setting with ample grounds to stretch your legs and walk the pup. The unit is well-appointed with a split-level design that offers maximum comfort and privacy for all. Everything was clean and welcoming. The soaps, shampoos, and lotions were dreamy. My daughter was even gifted a cute ceramic mug as a keepsake from our trip. We would definitely come again. We look forward to seeking out other I Love Vacations options.

Absolutely Perfect - Stay Here!!!

I stayed here with my husband and 4 & 7 year old children. We were in town for my sister’s surprise engagement. This property was even better than the pictures. We were here Dec 13-15 and we were totally comfortable in the unit, which was nice and warm when we arrived. Beds are extremely comfortable which is a big thing for me. The bathrooms are spacious and the wrap around porch is so charming.

Gorgeous property!!!!

The condo was exactly as described very clean and beautifully decorated. The keyless entry was super easy. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The grounds are gorgeous and woodsy. We spent some time by the creek and hiked nearby. The food and drinks at the restaurant The Table were very good. We would love to come back.

1 Year Anniversary

Brought my husband to Junipine for the first time, for our 1 year and truly enjoyed everything. The property is so peaceful and well maintained. The creek walking distance, beds super comfy and loved the deck space. Would love to stay here again.
