Great view, comfy home

Great location, homey feel! We loved sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee! Home was well-stocked and clean. Two of the beds are smaller than Queen, so just be prepared for that if you are big/tall people. We had a great time - would recommend!

Definitely come back

Comfortable. Felt like you were home. Close to evrything. Nice area. The only thing I suggest is the deck /porch is beautiful. Would be nice with some patio lighting so we could hang out. We had lots of fun.

Great Views and Location

Property was clean and the location perfect! Walking distance to Thunder Mountain Trails / Chimney Rock. Also close to town and all of our activities. I would definitely stay her again!

Lovely location for our hiking trip

This property backed onto some easy trails and was located in a great location - close to grocery stores and restaurant It was very spacious and fit our needs well. The property managers were very helpful when we had an issue with check in. I would highly recommend this home for families or small groups.

Perfect point

Property was better than listed. Met our needs perfectly. The owner was quick to respond but failed to identify herself as the owner of the property and I failed to acknowledge her return calls. I was expecting a VRBO or Evolve response. My mistake! They were very helpful, had a lovely location!

Not as Nice as it Seems

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of red rocks, this is not the property. While there is a nice porch out front, the view is of the houses across the street. What small view there is is out back, but there is no back yard, just a bunch of weeds twenty feet from the street. There is an Arizona room, with a ping pong table- and nothing else. But that’s fine because there’s no reason to sit out there. The primary bedroom has no ventilation- no heat or air conditioning ducts, although there is a floor fan available. As cautioned, the walk to the front door is up a short gravel slope and could be difficult for some people. There is also no lighting in the front yard or driveway, making the walk to the front door even more challenging at night. Lastly, if you have any problems during your stay, don’t expect a timely response to any phone calls.

Great location

Nice roomy place to stay in west Sedona. The house was clean and had lots of room for families. They have added a ping pong table in the sun room. It is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the Sedona sites. No cleaning supplies or dishwasher pods but they did have laundry supplies which was much appreciated. Just park in front of house- no turn around at the top of the somewhat steep gravel drive. This is a great place to stay while in Sedona.

Perfect place close to hiking trails!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and well stocked. The giant porch was an ideal spot for sipping coffee early in the am. We saw cottontail rabbits and a family of quail right in the driveway. The home is is very close to hiking trails, shopping, and restaurants but still peaceful. Thank you!

house very clean and cozy. great location in a local neighborhood near to hikes and shopping. only con is the air conditioner is very loud and unit is next to kitchen--however you don't hear it in the bedrooms and if you set it while you are out, house stays cool.

Excellent property with a view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a great size for our family group for two nights. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning. The hide-a-bed and ping-pong table were pleasant surprises too!

Pleasant & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this neat home. The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. The porch was a peaceful place to sit and watch the stars. The home is located in a humble but quiet neighborhood. I was a little disappointed there are no particular mountain views from the porch and the rear of the property isn’t set up for sitting out. Overall, a comfortable base for our visit. Thank you.
