This home worked well for us as a couple and our college aged son on his Spring Break. Pros are location, views from the home, well equipped kitchen, nice dining area, great heater that kept the home very comfortable (outside so quiet), quiet neighborhood where signs everywhere say "no short term rentals", availability of nice walks and all attractions and restaurants in Sedona. Cons are the home is a bit dated (large bedrooms, but small bathrooms, not the best beds, both on platforms like apartment living, home is basically an upstairs 1 story that requires a stair climb from the driveway to unpack (snow and ice, on slippery surfaces while we were there), no garage access which would have made it so much easier to load our car, deck has many soft spots which is odd for a Trex surface, and houses with windows line the backyard so you'd feel on display from both the road and homes if you were using it. At the time we booked, this home was a good deal at under 400 so we felt like we got what we paid for in this area, but I wouldn't be happy paying any more. Also, we were 3 adults, with the limited space and living room furniture, and downstairs bedroom set up for kids without a bathroom, probably not suitable for a larger group. We had a nice week and can recommend this place if it's limitations are understood.
