This two-story home is in Shoreline, a small city located 12 miles up I-5 from downtown Seattle. It's a wonderful location for activities on north side of Seattle, with Carkeek Park (5 miles), Green Lake (7 miles), and Golden Gardens (9 miles) within an easy drive. Olympic Peninsula ,Whidbey Island, Edmonds and Mukilteo ferries are 7 & 16 miles away, respectively.
