Head downstairs when it's time to sleep where you will find three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and French doors leading to a large screened porch. The en suite master bath is very luxurious and features a double sinks and a large tiled shower. The large walk-in closet will easily store your clothing. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with TV and access to the screened porch. The hall bathroom has a double sink vanity and shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom on this level has a set of twin beds. A laundry closet holds a full sized HE washer and dryer.
Step onto the screened porch that runs the length of the home. Shaded by Live Oaks and Loblolly Pines, it has views to Mallard Lake. Sip cool drinks around the table for four or relax on the wicker sofa and chairs while watch the deer forage through the underbrush and the egrets fish for their dinner. This lovely home is also very convenient to the Lake House facilities, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, and crab/kayak docks. Ride your bikes to the bike path to Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village. North Beach is a short 2 mile ride from this home.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
