The "staff" there is terrible. Extremely rude family that owns and runs could care less. Its location and halfway renovations are the only swving grace. The young woman at the desk is awful. Please don't open a business if you hate your customers.

Nice staff. Good location. Terrible beds and Analog TV from the 1980s. It looked like it was raining on the TV.

I like that the room was clean and the staff was very polite. It was annoying that one of the beds is against the wall where the AC/Heater is located, so we didn't use it because it will blow directly on the person sleeping there. Also, the beds where not comfortable.

A great place to stay, clean, great location. Not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from but they are not true. Definitely no bugs. Everything was clean and order. We have stayed here more than once. Great value for the money.

The air worked on and off during the night. The furniture in the room is disgustingly dirty. There was hair on top of the blow dryer in the bathroom, I saw a bug in the room. It is a non-smoking facility but smelled like smoke in the room. The shower was disgustingly dirty also. I will never stay at another Travelodge again

There was at least a one inch open gap at the bottom of the door and smaller gap all the way around. I shoved a towel in the gap at the bottom for the night so no bugs would get in. The shower was so old and worn and dirty. Like it could not even be cleaned any more. The bed was a thin mattress on a metal frame. Three pitiful pillows on a king bed. The towels were horrible, worn and scratchy. Just don't stay here. I won't ever again.

Minor issue where front desk would not take my temporary identification card. It was like she did not understand you get a paper one before your REAL ID comes in the mail.

Was a bit tricky to find but a good hotel near the mall near restaurants...

Hair dryer did not work. Beds were comfortable. Staff did not speak good english hard to communicate.not enough towels none available in office

Service was great, room was clean just had to share the room with a few creepy crawlers.

Indifferent staff. The room was nice clean and updated.

No elevator. No attempt to change the room when this was mentioned as an issue (we were on 3rd floor) Awful smell in room and was sweltering hot when we arrived. Took a while for the air to actually cool off the room.

Only one thing would like to add is if they could provide a bottle of water a room

It was convenient and clean. Shower head could be cleaner.

The desk clerk was rude. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (non smokink room). There were hairs in the shower. The plug on the hair dryer looked like it was ready to start a fire. The TV remote did not connect to the TV. The channel reception looked like it was snowing. Will never stay there again. Beware.

A great place to stay, clean, great location. Not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from but they are not true. Definitely no bugs. Everything was clean and order. We have stayed here more than once. Great value for the money.
