Girls trip
My girls and I had a girls weekend in Savannah and the Harcourt Manor was the perfect spot. It is close to anything we wanted to do in downtown Savannah, and was an easy spot to go back to during the heat of the day. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Mom/daughter trio
Wonderful location very close to Forsythe Park. We had a rental car but only needed it to/from airport and our day spent on Tybee Island. We walked or took the free CAT bus everywhere else. Parked on the north side of Drayton (on Gordon) for free. Did not get to enjoy the cute patio. The apartment was very nicely furnished with plenty of towels and blankets to curl up on the sofa after a long day of exploring. The washer/dryer was a nice feature to have and they even had detergent pods and dryer sheets. The fridge is small, bug that was fine for us and served for storage for any leftovers we had. Beds very comfortable and even though it is on a busy street, we both slept great. Would definitely recommend. Chase was also a great and responsive host.

Charming
The property was comfortable and decorated so nice, well maintained and so close to many places of interest. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Parking can be an issue. Plan to eat out every meal, which is not a bad thing, just used to having a kitchen for cooking breakfast. Ate breakfast at Clary’s every morning which is sooo close and it was perfect.

Weekend in Savannah
We had a wonderful stay. Our host was amazing! He went above and beyond, after realizing the refrigerator was small we needed a little more storage for refreshments Brandon was on top of it…he brought us a cooler and ice! Location was great a very short walk to the trolly.

Mom & daughter getaway
This apartment was exactly as described and worked perfectly for my short getaway/girls trip with my mom. The location is so close to Forsyth and several beautiful historical homes, and was only about a 20 min walk to the river. The beds were so comfortable, and they provided more towels than we could’ve needed which was so nice. It is a garden apt in an old building (Savannah is a historic city, after all) so you should expect to hear street noise and upstairs neighbors walking around, but neither was an issue for us and they were also kind enough to provide ear plugs! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Savannah, especially for the first time. It was perfect for us. Thanks Chase & Brandon!

Wonderful Time In Savannah
I had been to Savannah many years ago. For my friend it was her first time visit. The garden apartment was exactly as described. It was absolutely beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs. We did not rent a car so, we needed to walk everywhere. My friend has had a knee replacement and has difficulty walking. We discovered the Dot bus line which had a stop across from Forsythe Park. We took this everywhere and it is free! The apartment is in a great location and being so close to the park, we were able to attend the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. I would say the only drawback to the location, is being located on a busy street. Not only the traffic, but people walking by at all hours of the night.Otherwise, the location, amenities, and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. I would highly recommend it for your next stay!

So walkable!
Place was great. Met basic needs with kitchen. Courtyard space was nice. Video game machine was fun. Clear communication. But the location is really the big thing. It’s less than a block from the charming Monterey Square and less than two from Forsyth. Easy walk through squares to everything. Even a Kroger is an easy walk. I really can’t say enough about the lovely walkability. We did not drive at all. No designated parking spot, but street parking was safe and not a hassle. However, even though walkability could be ten stars, I only gave four stars to location because it’s a loud spot. It’s a ground floor apartment with windows right next to a relatively busy street and sidewalk. And there are people living upstairs. Couldn’t hear them talking, but could hear walking, kitchen noises, etc. If you are a light sleeper, this place might be a tough spot for you. But if that’s not your issue, this place, for the money, is hard to beat.

Good place for larger party
Beautiful, spacious place. Attentive management. Note that it is located next to a very busy street and about twenty minutes walk to everything. As a note, Google Maps frequently takes you down Drayton but you don't want to do that. Use the squares and all the pretty to get where you are going.

Perfect location and apartment!
Our entire experience was 5 star! Communication with the property managers was excellent and the property was exactly as shown in photos. They had everything we needed at the property in the kitchen and bathroom. We appreciate all of the thought that was put into setting up this rental property and will be recommending it to friends and family!!
