Great location & sparkling clean
Really cute apartment! Everything seemed brand new. Perfect location walkable to restaurants & shopping. It was an active fun vibe - not quiet & peaceful. Be aware the pictures of this listing show two bedrooms, but it is really a one bedroom and a sofa bed in living room. Also finding street parking nearby was sometimes difficult.

Beware - Listing does not reveal true situation
Please beware, this apartment is in the middle of a construction war zone right now, and the owner was that nowhere on the listing. First, the street and sidewalk are closed in front of the property and it can only be accessed from a limited direction down a narrow makeshift sidewalk over metal grating while toting luggage from street parking several blocks away. This was never shared until well after booking and paying and then was only a small inconspicuous line stating it had to be accessed from a Whitaker. The construction noise started at 4am and beyond the street construction, there was construction upstairs that sounded like someone was bashing in your door or walls. The construction lighting stays on outside your window, beaming in all night. Also, know that Whiteker, the street you must access it feom is an absolute party zone on weekends and you’ll have to make your way through the drunken college kids spilling out onto the sidewalks and streets. Two other groups renting the same weekend experienced the same deception. I reached out to management to try to resolve my dissatisfaction and received an email 3 days later stating someone would contact me, but never heard a word. The apartment is nice and clean and would be a lovely place to stay when construction is complete, but is better-suited for someone young and looking for the party-scene. Not suited for families or someone who needs to get rest or work completed. The owner needs to be more transparent about the current condition of this area!
