This hotel is nice and pretty but nothing spectacular for the price. You have to pay a $25 amenity fee per night which I have no problem with IF THERE ARE AMENITIES. Yes there is a gym and water filters throughout the property. There is also coffee in the morning but they pack that away right before 1030. God forbid you you want coffee at 1035, your $25 gets you nothin. The valet is $42 a night also. No coffee maker in the rooms. The bed isn’t very comfortable. They also don’t clean your room until around 4pm. One thing common in Savannah is breakfast and an afternoon wine/snack reception in a lot of the hotels and BnBs. Not at this hotel. For the price and for the amenity fee, I’d say it’s not worth it at all. This hotel is fine don’t get me wrong. But with all the competition in the area, they need to step it up.

Beautiful hotel with thoughtful design and service at every moment. Would highly recommend!

The water stations and snacks on the floor. The scent in the hotel was decadent.

Very disappointing! Suite not ready for 4:00 arrival. Hotel located in significant construction zone with cranes and heavy equipment surrounding you if you try to access the river walk. Room was stark- no art, promised view of the river non- existent- filthy windows, badly hung drapes that neither open totally nor close completely- no closet space, no desk, no area for toiletries in bathroom. Slamming doors, barking dogs, noisy hotel staff in hallway. Awakened very early by hotel staff 2 out of 3 days. No housekeeping service one day. Requested towels were a joke- they sent bath mats. No acknowledgement of Marriott elite service and no points for 3rd party booking. Concierge is excellent. Restaurant is good.

Beautiful facility, excellent customer service, very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. I will definitely return here in the future.

Perfection! Tis swanky boutique hotel has top notch decor, amazing saltwater pool, and it’s excellent location Lends access to all that Savannah has to offer! ALL staff, from front desk to valet, were kind, happy and accommodating! Definitely staying there again for ANY trip to Savannah!

This is an amazing hotel to visit while in Savannah. We visited with two kids and everything was very accommodating. The pool is great because it’s only 3 ft deep. It’s central, everything is walking distance, and you don’t need a car. I would stay there again for sure. Also, the water service on the floors is a perk and worth the extra charge.

Did not like getting charged an amenity fee. Was there for business and not to use the amenities but still got charged for the use f them.

It is a beautiful hotel that was thoughtfully designed!

Wow! Beautiful hotel. Free upgrade on your birthday!

This is a great property not only is it clean and new the decor is great and it is not even 2 min walk from everything on River St. I will definitely be staying here next trip to Savannah.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s beautiful. The housekeeping is nonexistent, we were there for business and pleasure and we had to be up early. Every day we had to wait for the bar to get the coffee stand set up because you don’t have any in your room which would be fine if it was ready by 6:00 which is what your site states is the case, most days it was almost 7:00! We need our coffee to get going. If you drive you have to valet there is no other option. So not only is it $35 more a day, you have to tip every time you get or return your car which can really add up! The valet guys were nice enough but we drive a manual and nobody except one person could even drive one!!! I mean your job is moving cars and you can’t drive half the cars made!! Crazy!! The worst thing about this hotel is that I’m handicapped and they are so not handicap friendly!! In fact I’m probably calling the AAPD and letting them know about all the things that this hotel has problems with!! I could complain about this “boutique hotel “ all day but I have better ways to spend my day!!!

This hotel was extremely nice, however my experience was not. When I arrived, I was given a corner room which I did not approve of. The front desk gave me another room that was acceptable, but when I went in there was hair in the bed and in the bathroom. On my way out I asked the front desk can I get fresh linen and can someone clean the bathroom and they agreed. When I came back to the room, there was fresh linen, however there was still hair on the bed and in the bathroom. I mentioned it again and just came to the fact that it was not going to get any better and/or the cleaning staff needs to wear hair nets.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Savannah. Restaurants and pool on site.

This was a very modern and very clean hotel with a lot of trendy flair. The restaurant was great, the pool was relaxing, and the location was fantastic. The staff was super friendly however we were not able to get early check in (anytime before 4 pm) which was a little annoying having landed at 10 am. But we just busied ourselves and made due. We could at least leave our bags at the front desk and use the pool still. One semi frustrating aspect was that we didn’t have any housekeeping service during our 2 night 3 day stay. We requested it at 3:30 when we realized it hasn’t been done and we would need towels shortly but when the front desk confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem before 5, it still wasn’t started at 5:20 when we returned to the room. They did bring up towels when we called a second time and about 15 mins after that the housekeeping team came by while we were getting ready to go to dinner. Not sure if it was a lapse of communication or a short staffed issue, but luckily it didn’t matter much to us having such a short stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for another stay regardless!

Located on the quiet end of river street this hotel is a hidden gem. Modern and tastefully appointed

GREAT location & friendly staff! Loved the Mid Century Modern decor, it’s extremely clean and smells AMAZING!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and greeted us immediately upon pulling in. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Lots of construction next door- but not at night. Rooftop bar covered, great view, breezy- breakfast good at Rhetts’s. Nice new property. Dang valet parking $32!
