Savannah weekend

This townhouse is a gem in a beautiful area! The house is comfortable and stocked with everything you need - perfect for two couples. We especially appreciated the queen beds and private baths. Walking the neighborhood is a treat and very convenient to Forsyth Park. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

Outstanding!

We (2 couples) had a truly lovely stay in this beautifully renovated townhouse. The layout was perfect for our use - 2 BR, 2 bath, along with the 1st floor kitchen and living spaces. Although it was a little warm to make full use of the outdoor patio, it was nice to spend the early/late part of the day there. I’m sure sitting there with the burning fireplace would be wonderful during cooler months!The description and pictures are all on point and accurate. The location of the home is steps away from Forsyth Park and within walking distance to the historic downtown and riverfront. It was quiet and peaceful at night and parking was readily available. The townhouse is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean.Jason, the host, was very responsive and helpful - he was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

visit with family in April

Houston House was great for myself, my husband, and my sister-in-law visiting from Texas April 6th to the 11th! It is very clean, quiet, and the kitchen is so well stocked with everything that we needed. It is so close to Forsyth Park, that we were able to walk to all the beautiful squares of Savannah! Jason responded right away when I called him with a question about the heating and air. Houston House is a lovely place, everything is so well appointed in the home. We look forward to staying again at Houston House!

Perfect Location

Gorgeous townhouse located steps away to Forsyth Park and close to historic sites and restaurants. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, equipped with high end appliances and so comfortable for 4 adults. You can enjoy Savannah weather relaxing in patio area with gas fireplace too. Long Weekend Getaway

We came to Savannah for a mother daughter trip to see the Rascal Flatts concert. There were three of us. So close to Forsyth Park, this home couldn’t have been in a better location. We enjoyed morning walks at the park, brunch at Collin’s Corner, and the ease of walking to wherever we needed to go in town. Parking was easy and free in front of the house and the home was perfectly appointed. It was meticulously kept and truly beautiful. We had everything we needed and then some. The welcome book was a perfect guide to help us navigate this charming city. Anytime we come back to Savannah, we will 1000% book this home if it’s available. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful property and great location!

We planned a long weekend to visit our friends and family. The property was in a great location and equipped with everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. We really loved using the outdoor space for meals by the fireplace. The neighbors were so friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Couldn't ask for more

Having stayed elsewhere several times made us appreciate this property much more. The attention to detail, cleanliness, location, ammenities was all top notch. Everything was much better than expected. I thought the reviews must be fake because I didn't see one negative review but after staying at this place I can see why everyone loves it. We had one very small issue the first night but Jason was quick to take care of it and everything else went smoothly. I guess if I was going to nit pick and pick one small negative it would be that the windows don't open but that seems to be the case with most buildings in the area and I can definitely live with that one small negative compared to all the great positives this place has to offer. Location is also fantastic and within walking distance to everything in the park.

First time in Savannah!

We visited with friends and couldn’t have been happier with this rental! This is a perfect place for 2 couples; we both had our own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was nicely appointed with dishes and some basic spices etc. We ate out, so didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee and open a bottle of wine. We enjoyed sitting out back and used the outdoor fireplace. Parking is a challenge in a lot of Savannah, but we were able to easily park in front of the home with no problem. The house is just a couple of blocks from Forsythe Park. We walked everywhere and even down to the river (maybe 20 mins?) and felt safe going back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house!

Our party of 3 adults took a quick trip to ABQ/Santa Fe and were lucky enough to stay in this amazing house. Communication with the owner is superb, the house is furnished comfortably and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is clean & safe & very easy to get to Old Town, a grocery store & restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to NM.

Perfect base for Savannah visit

Loved our stay here. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen appliances, etc all top notch. Extremely clean and comfortable. There is an entirely private back patio with gas fireplace to enjoy while eating outside or just hanging out. Neighborhood felt very safe. Free parking on street right outside our apartment. So close to Forsyth Park, and we only used our car to day trip to Tybee Island. 2 couples would easily fit here. This will be our new go-to on future Savannah trips..Thank you Jason for the pride and care you have obviously put into this property!
