Perfect for a family gathering

The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 adult couples and 4 children. We especially enjoyed the screened porch as a quiet get away and second dining area. Trips to the beach, dune buggy rides and boat rentals and the town of Saugatuck were minutes away. Lots to keep our gang busy. Management was very responsive and resolve a couple of issues quickly.

Perfect stay for our family of 8 adults. The house is spacious and comfortable. We all especially enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chairs, in the shade (heat wave!) with our coffee each morning. Beautiful and peaceful. Thank you!

Overall a clean spacious place. Some of the pots were a little dirty, downstairs bedroom is small. The website says close to beach, but doesn’t have direct access. Someone in the neighborhood was very rude & mean to my grandkids who were playing in front of the house, which ruined our family getaway.

Great Lake house

A group of 12 friends came to stay and just enjoy Saugatuck! We loved the house which had plenty of room and seating, great fire pit outside, and comfortable temperature throughout the stay. It was quiet and peaceful! Loved the screened in wrap around porch. We enjoyed taking a boat ride and going to the beach while we stayed. Thank you!

Beautiful Saugatuck home in a fabulous location

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Douglas/Saugatuck. The home was very roomy, and we enjoyed being able to eat meals at the large table in the dining area and also at the table in the screened in porch. Our grown kids loved being able to play video games in the spacious great room with its comfortable couch. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The fire pit was a bonus and we had a nice evening outside roasting marshmallows. The house is in such a great location- easy walks to Douglas and Saugatuck. We all had a great time and really loved this beautiful home!

A wonderful property in a great location!

This house was perfect for our family! It's a beautiful, spacious property that immediately made us feel at home. It's located within easy reach of restaurants and shops in Douglas and Saugatuk. Will stay again

We had a lovely stay with my husband, kids and grandparents. The home was lovely, updated (except some bathrooms), well appointed and comfortable. We would stay again in the future. Close to oval beach and short drive to town. Loved the screened in porch and fire pit.

Roomy & great location

Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the firepit & screen porch (after some cleaning). Lots of room for 2 families to spread out. Easy walk to chain ferry & Mt Baldi. Oval beach & Douglas beach are very close, but Laketown Beach (8 miles north) had a nice dune, great sand (no rocks) & Clear water!

Lovely space for a family vacation

We appreciated the spaciousness of the house for our 12-person family vacation. With the separate den, large living room, screened porch, and circle of lawn chairs around the firepit, we had plenty of spaces for quiet time and conversation. Property management was wonderfully responsive to an air-conditioning problem and got it fixed immediately. The location between the downtown of Saugatuck and the beaches of Lake Michigan was lovely.

Great Property

We stay in Saugatuck every year and this year we opted for a different property and this did not disappoint! The location is great--close to oval beach, mt. baldhead, and very near town... and fun to take the chain ferry into town which is a quick walk away. The house was equipped with all that we needed, and they provided beach towels. The only thing that was missing was an iron for all the clothes we packed, that one add would be very helpful!

Close to everything!

Property was spacious, a lot of room inside and an awesome screened in porch and fire pit. Property manager very responsive; nothing big to fix but responded immediately. Very close to town of Saugatuck with Chain Ferry a 10 minute walk. Also city taxi available for $1!
