Esta es una nueva lista de VRBO y aún no tenemos muchas fotos, ¡pero ESTA ES UNA UNIDAD DE ESQUINA MUY BONITA EN LA PLAYA CON FANTÁSTICAS VISTAS AL PANORAMA DE LA PLAYA Y EL OCÉANO!

¡Bienvenido al Paradise Beach Club en el Océano Atlántico! ¡El hermoso edificio recientemente renovado y bien mantenido está tan cerca de la playa como puedas! La gran piscina climatizada y la sala de ejercicios totalmente acristalada dan al océano. El complejo fue construido justo al lado del malecón para que esté más cerca del océano que cualquier otro edificio en el Condado. Está perfectamente situado en un hermoso y tranquilo tramo de playa, pero muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

¡Este tercer piso de lujo, unidad de esquina directa frente al mar es la unidad más cercana al océano en todo el edificio! El gran balcón tiene una vista de 270 grados de las playas del norte y del sur, el océano y la piscina.

Decorado maravillosamente con un gusto exclusivo. La cocina totalmente equipada está bien equipada. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con un televisor adicional en el dormitorio principal. Una espaciosa suite del dormitorio principal ofrece vistas al océano, una cama king-size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales con baño separado.

Estamos a diez minutos al sur de Cocoa Beach y a una hora al este de Orlando. ¡Pasa el día en Disney World y vuelve a la playa por la noche! Satellite Beach tiene excelentes restaurantes, un centro de tenis de clase mundial a pocos minutos y campos de golf cerca.

This is the third time we have stayed in this building. Bill our host is tremendous in attending to our needs, and the building being right on the beach enabled us to enjoy the beautiful weather and see many dolphins.

Great Condo on the Beach

The best possible views in this corner unit!

This is a lovely unit with a clean feel and nice furniture and artistic details in the living area. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. Areas for improvement would be better beach umbrellas (the 2 we tried were broken and small and problematic), and real beach towels (full size - not bath towels). Owner was super responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful place to relax

This is my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. You are so close to the beach here that you don't even need to go down to the sand and water unless to want to. Got that a great, relaxed beachy vibe just chilling on the balcony watching the waves. I'm sure I'll be back!

Wonderful view!

The view was outstanding, kinda annoying we got woken up every morning around 6:45 to dump trucks coming past the condo on the beach with loads of sand, the room definitely could have been cleaned better, food on the counter, microwave, and dirty plates put in cabinets. The bedsheets were dirty, im hoping the sheets were washed for us.... overall we loved it, i just cleaned the condo myself when we got there.

Amazing view

This condo is literally on the beach. Ocean views from bedroom living room and kitchen. You definitely feel like you are closest condo to the water. The pool looks directly over the water. The condo is fully equipped to cook all meals, which we only ventured out for dinner. Super close to some cool places. Publix is right across the street and Walmart is about 10 mins down the road. The condo has laundry at $2 to wash and $2 to dry in common area. The unit has books and games for families. 2 bedrooms with a pull out sofa and a roll away cot. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Towels are provided for the beach and so are beach toys and chairs! Definitely will be back. We had a bonus of seeing 2 rocket launches, right off our balcony. This place didn't disappoint. Look no further. This is the unit to book!

Balcony bliss

I booked for just a few days to get away from a very stressful job and relax . Mission accomplished. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was ideal. The view was outstanding . Hope to stay again some time.

Great customer service and problem solving

As we all know, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Upon our arrival, there was a slight issue that was of no fault of the owner or property manager. Bill reacted instantly to fix our issue, we above and beyond to accommodate and fix the issue without hesitation. Other than that, nice view of the ocean, unit is very well maintained and updated

Our New Favorite Place

This is my family's new favorite place. It looked exactly like the photos and Bill was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The staff at the facility was great as well. We had mentioned not having boggy boards and within 30 minutes they brought 2, the manager said for them to bring them for us. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean, it was not as crowded as many beaches and was quiet. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great List cation and Amazing Views

Best view of ocean ever in 30+ years of vacation travel. Loved the place and all the surroundings. Everything you need within 10 minute drive or five minute walk. Pool was amazing and beach access right off the pool deck was perfect. Highly recommend year round. Book it if it’s available, you will not be disappointed.
