The Space:

Satellite Beach earns its name - a quiet coastal community tucked between the Atlantic and the Indian River Lagoon, where the pace slows, the salt air settles in, and the beach is right across the street. Sandpiper Suites is a fully renovated 4-unit boutique property available in its entirety, giving your group of up to 16 the run of a private, beautifully landscaped coastal retreat just steps from the sand.



The units

The property spans four self-contained units, each with its own character and layout. Unit A is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom with a queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Unit B is a studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Unit C is the largest at 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Unit D mirrors Unit A - a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom with a queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Together, the units sleep up to 16 across 9 beds.



Kitchen & dining

Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen or kitchenette setup to keep your group fueled throughout the stay. You'll find refrigerators, freezers, stovetops, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and coffee makers across the units, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, toasters, baking sheets, and dining tables. No need for every meal out - stock up and cook in when the mood strikes.



Living & working

Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi keep everyone connected and entertained. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay on top of things remotely. Each unit has its own private entrance, giving your group flexibility and privacy within the shared property.



Sleeping & laundry

Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and all the essentials are included. A washer and dryer are on-site so longer stays are easy to manage - the property welcomes extended stays of 28 days or more. Hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are available for those who want to settle in properly.



Outdoors

The exteriors are beautifully landscaped with outdoor seating areas, a backyard, and patio or balcony space - ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just taking in the coastal air between beach sessions. Free on-site parking is included for the group.

Each Sandpiper unit has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!
