Great location for a great price

Great place and wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. The key to the house was hard to open the door and we had to get help a handful of times. Bed was comfortable and was a great layout. I would definitely book again.

Great Location!

My family and I loved the Gulfview Lido Key Gem. The condo was clean, quiet, charming, and had all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. There is a one minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to St. Armand’s Square. The beach was lovely and we took many walks along the shore. I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it. We are already planning our next trip there.

Spring break

The location of this property is amazing. Unbeatable. An easy walk across the street for beach access. An easy walk into the town for restaurants.The condo itself is good. The second bedroom is lacking. The mattress quality in this space is lacking.

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. We were able to walk to everything, including beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. One of us made the comment that he could live there!

You can’t go wrong with this place! Beautiful view of the gulf from the relaxing balcony, short walk across the street to the beach, and close proximity to good dining and shopping. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

gem on the beach

perfect location, quiet, near St Armand's square. walk across the street to beach. well appointed home with all the comforts of your own place. whether you want to cook in or go out, it's a great place to stay. Our 5th or 6th time booking this or the adjoining apt. our go to place when in Sarasota.

Road trip

Lovely apartment, beautiful views, just across from the beach. A lovely welcome touch of a bottle of wine, nachos and salsa. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Although we had no hot water during our 3 days stay ( cold showers are not too bad on a hot day) the owner tried to rectify it whilst we were there and gave us a refund for it. Would definitely come again and recommend

Beautiful Property & Great Location

We were very fortunate to stay at this property. It is in a great location - just a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. It is also just steps away from the beach with a convenient walkway across the street. In my opinion, this property is actually nicer than in the photos. We would certainly recommend a stay at this property.

Only thing, the AC seems to struggle, to maintain a comfortable temperature, there are a few floor fans, and we bring a couple of our own, to help move the air

So close to the beach!

Very nice place and the bonus is you have your own private parking place so close to Lido beach. Easy walk to Armand Circle shopping and restaurants. All amenities included.

Beautiful Property

This is our second year at this property. We walk across the street to the beach, we walk to St Armands Circle for dining, shopping and entertainment. We don't need to get back into the car. The property is pretty equipped. We bring food and drink only. They have things for the beach too. Love it and will be back next year!

Great location... walk across street to beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Paddle boarding the mangroves was a nice experience that we did twice. Also bike lane that run 15-20 miles north of Lido Key so good option if you're a cyclist. Nice clear w

Loved, loved the location! 💛☀️ Place was great to just hang out. Our host checked on us and was super kind and helpful. The only thing that didn’t work was the garbage disposal. We were in Lido Key during Res Tide and was very disappointed the county didn’t clean up the beach one day during the week we stayed there. I highly recommend the unit!

The Lido to St. Armand’s Stroll

A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment. Everything was as advertised and more. Very well apportioned and we lacked for nothing in the kitchen or anywhere else. An easy stroll to St. Armand’s Circle, and we took it often. The beach is amazing. Highly recommend.

Clean and pleasant with great location!

I enjoyed the place very much. It is as advertised and the pictures reflect it well. Very pleasant! Great location! it is a bit dated and could be refreshed, but it was definitely clean, so partly this makes up for it! I had a situation where the toilet in the master bathroom clogged the first day I was there; it took about 1.5 days to get this addressed, but there was a 2nd bathroom, which I could use. Overall, good communication with the host. Definitely recommend the place!
