The house was adorable and in a great location. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and the management company made everything so easy.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! Close to Seaside, close to the beach. Loved having a little pool. Wish only that the house had been a bit more stocked with toiletries because we had 10 people. But, overall, great stay!

Simply Perfect

We had two families sharing the house and we enjoyed every second. The house was clean, well taken care of and had the best location. You can’t go wrong staying at this property!

Spring vacay

This is our third day at this house. We love the neighborhood. A lot more construction in the neighborhood than previous, but it wasn’t actually that bad. Would appreciate actual lounge chairs by the pool like there used to be.

Great Early Fall Find

This house was well located - under 10 minute walk to the beach - and the pool was just the right size for our group. It's a quick walk through the neighborhood into seaside. The house was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a front and back porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The property management team was quick to respond, and we'd love to stay here again in the future.

Nice Cozy house Seagrove

Really enjoyable house in a great neighborhood near Seaside and Watercolor. Enjoyed the house and had everything we needed. Only negative was the TV in the den was not easy to navigate and was difficult to just watch football and wifi was inconsistent. Was nice to have a gas fire as it got cold on the weekend.

Nice place but not enough supplies

The house was cute , clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located bike riding distance to the heart of seaside and walking distance to the beach. The only thing that was not great was their lack of supplies they left for our stay. We own several vacation rentals ourselves and we leave more than enough supplies for people to use during their stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (property management brought us more). There was only 1 detergent, 1 dish detergent, 1 extra garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towels, zero beach towels. Just feels very cheap to not leave enough supplies for a house that sleeps 12 for 5 days. I think people would appreciate leaving enough for their entire stay.

Family Vacation

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Seagrove. Super easy and enjoyable walk to downtown Seasode or the Beach. Well appointed with all essentials-especially in the kitchen. Lovely pool with child alarm on the door-very important for those of us with little. WiFi super slow. I know this is common for the area. Also, the general cleaning could have been better. Especially outside-there we’re several large piles of dog poop and also a huge pile of lint from the dryer vent by the outside shower. Inside there was dog hair noticible on the floor especially in the living room and dining room. Coffee was left in the coffee pot and there were crumbs in the drawers. Bathrooms were clean. Lienens were all super clean and fresh. Overall a lovely stay just frustrating that you pay too $ and notice some cleaning misses.
