Perfect

Heart of Seagrove was just perfect for our family to stay during our daughter’s wedding week! The host and management team were very responsive even though it was a holiday week and our only issue was not a house issue but a question about trash pick up after Thanksgiving.

Great Location But

We only rented this house due to it having private beach access. We discovered that access consisted of climbing a very steep hill in deep sand followed by a flat path with overgrown prickly bushes. It ended up being easier to walk down the block to the public access. You are in the heart of Seagrove, but being directly on 30a was not peaceful for us. It was too loud to enjoy the porches, and it was too loud to sleep in quiet. The age of the house really shows, but it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would suggest a switch to turn off the backyard lights as they are excessively bright shining inside the house from dusk to dawn. I would also suggest replacing the broken chair in the living room and throwing out all broken beach accessories in the storage bin.

The house was awesome & just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The neighborhood is wonderful and the house is nice and updated! Getting in contact with the property manager was super easy and efficient as well! We would definitely enjoy booking this place again for next year.

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 8, with extra beds to spare. We enjoyed having meals together at the huge dinning table and felt very comfortable spaced out around the house. The location was perfect walking distance and made going to the beach easy. We loved sitting out on the upper balcony, and also enjoyed our evenings in the hot tub. Highly recommend and would to return in the future.

Wondering family vacation

This is a spacious and well appointed house. We had 8 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. It’s great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was amazing; sitting out in rocking chairs in the porch or terrace; and being across the street from beach access- all awesome . The only thing I wish I knew ahead was how steep the sandy hill was accessing the beach. That was a bit challenging carrying all the stuff (and babies).

Nice house in a great location

A sizable 5BR house right on the highway 30A. Public beach access is practically across the street. We enjoyed our stay. A few updates need to be made across the property like securing toilet seats and finding remotes for all televisions, but other than that it was seamless to check in and check out and everything else was provided. Parking for 4 vehicles was a bonus.

Weekend reunion

We had a great trip with 3 families of 7 boys all 8 years old and under. It was great to have the beach access right across the street. Wish the secret of 30a wasn’t out and there were speed bumps along it because it has all become so crowded with people driving kinda reckless but overall great property location and house.

Suggestions for improvements.

Liked location but we didn't understand beach access with the construction and large hill. Needed window covering with tall buildings around it. Transom windows now covered and balcony next door looked into master and bed. Need more and better seating in great room. Chair falling apart and loveseat not much better.

Family Vacation

Loved the property. Very clean and had plenty of room for all 3 of our families. Especially loved the porch with the rockers. Close to seaside amenities and the beach. Used the rental credit to rent bikes and biked almost everywhere we went.
