It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed it! Family friendly, a great game garage for the kids to play in and a backyard as well. The only issue was we had to contact the host for the park pass and they didn’t have it (it was advertised in the listing), but they reimbursed us for any state parks we visited.

Watsonville House

Cozy yet spacious. Loved the decor and all the different spaces to hang out. Especially enjoyed the mornings in the backyard with coffee from the homes cute coffee bar.

Perfect family getaway

This place was conveniently located behind a grocery store and brewery. We were able to walk there for last minute supplies and bbq in the backyard. Also all the provided beach items made our beach trip more fun.

Beautiful home with great hosts

We had a great vacation at this beautiful property. We have stayed at so very many home rentals but this had the most at home feel of all of them and the host had great communication as well. A wonderful property for sure

Fun times

Thank you for a great visit to Watsonville and surrounding areas. The Staff of Life grocery store out the back gate is amazing. We also enjoyed walks around the surrounding neighborhood, school and parks.

Beautiful home, many accommodations, great location, close to shops, stores and short drive to numerous beaches. Jennifer was a great host and always made sure we had everything we needed. Will book another stay in the future.

We loved our stay here!

We loved staying in this large, clean, comfortable 3-bedroom home! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the host could not have been more helpful and attentive. The fenced back yard wzs fantastic for our little dog. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay!

Nothing but great things to say about this property! All our needs were met including our fur baby. The biggest plus was the backyard. The yard was large and totally fenced in and had lots of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Bedrooms were accommodating and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful house. The owners were super responsive and the rental process was very easy. The home really had everything- a state park pass that we used a lot, beach towels and equipment, a fun outdoor space for family movie night after a long day of hiking, and very comfortable beds, and the list goes on. We would definitely stay again!

The property is well kept and clean. The check in and check out process was simple. We were in town for my sisters wedding in Aptos. Unfortunately we were not able to take full advantage of the parks pass but would consider it for the future. Walking distance to a super cute brewery and coffee shop as well as a local grocery.

Great place

Overall great experience. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook any meal. Communication was great and no further communication was needed after initial check in and upon leaving.

Great house and wonderful experience

Had an amazing long weekend in this lovely house. Everything was very clean and neat. Great communication from the homeowner. Local hiking info and the passes were a great bonus. Would love to stay here again!
