Our thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom condo features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio for relaxing summer evenings. After a day on the lake or the mountain, rest easy on the luxurious king bed or sleeper sofa.

Guests have full access to the Condo del Sol community amenities, including two seasonal pools (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and beautiful open lawns perfect for lounging or playing bocce ball.

In winter, downtown Sandpoint transforms into a skier’s haven. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just 25 minutes away, and the town’s cozy cafés and bars fill with skiers swapping stories over local brews. Take a scenic walk along Lake Pend Oreille and experience the charm of Sandpoint’s winter wonderland.

Your stay includes secure keypad entry, with access information provided through Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Located in sought-after South Sandpoint, the condo offers easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions—all just steps from the water and surrounded by well-kept lawns and landscaping.

For those looking to explore, two new cruiser bikes are available for guest use. You’ll find them in the nearest bike rack; simply contact us for the lock code. Downtown is just a quick ride away—please remember to bring a helmet and always lock the bikes when you’re out.

We also offer an optional boat slip rental for guests, available for $100 per day or $250 per weekend. Please note your interest when booking so we can confirm availability, review details, and collect the required proof of insurance.
