4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. A quick walk to Zicatela Market and Playa Zicatela.

Enjoy the privacy of this high walled and gated property and the serenity of the tropical garden. Relax by the pool, have brunch on the shaded terrace. This house is about relaxing and enjoying your stay.

To be noted

- With the exception of holiday (premium) rates the use of air conditioning is not included in the price but is available for an additional fee of US$10 per week per bedroom (available only in the bedrooms).
- Laundry machines are for staff use only. Our lovely housekeeper will do your personal washing for a small fee.
- Housekeeping 2x per week per floor and 1x full linen change every 7 days are included in the price. (extra linen changes are available for an additional fee).
