Natural light flows throughout the open-concept great room, reflecting warmly off the light wood and white walls. Fine leather pieces and modern furnishings create a lovely modern transitional interior design that is consistent throughout the home.

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Prepare family favorites or barbeque at the charcoal grill. Enjoy gathering for meals at the dining table, or step outside the back deck leading to the pool area where guests can take in the breeze and picturesque views while dining a la carte.

The master offers a queen bed with an attached bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom, perfect for kids, offers two sets of bunk beds. Each roomy bedroom offers soft linens and will certainly provide a restful night’s sleep. The sleek bathrooms are also sure to impress with plenty of space to tidy up for the night. For those needing to check in with the office, a study just off the main living and kitchen provides the perfect work space. With leather furniture, pops of color ,and Hill Country views, this space provides quiet and comfortable space to work in.

Luxury awaits guests just out the back door. The deck provides plenty of seating and is perfect for a quiet morning cup of coffee or a fun happy hour with friends and family. No matter the time of day, gorgeous Hill Country views are guaranteed. After dinner, turn on the lights, mix up your favorite beverage and take a dip in the luxurious pool. This will be especially relaxing after a fun day of hiking, swimming, or kayaking on one of the nearby rivers or trails. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the 4 acres surrounding the property. When the kiddos are not in the pool, the playscape will offer fun and a perfect escape, to include a rope wall, slide, and swings.

Minglewood is centrally located, for day trips to Hill Country favorites. The Wimberley Square offers cowboy culture, with boutiques and antique shops, restaurants, and bars. Explore New Braunfels and Gruene just down the road, each boasting fabulous restaurants and music venues. The 200+ shops at the San Marcos Outlet can fill an entire day, and don’t forget to bless the kids with a visit to Schlitterbahn Water Park or Landa Park, where they can swim, slide, run, and hike until they’re spent.

Blanco has several attractions for outdoorsmen, history buffs, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. For those interested in the Old West, the Buggy Barn has over 140 restored covered wagons. Real Ale Brewing Company offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.
Farther down the road is historic Fredericksburg and its numerous wineries, all within a few miles of each other. Stroll the grounds and dip into as many as you please. Or visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum.
