Through no fault of the property owner, our check in process was horrible!!! I did reserve the property the day before check in, but the address to the property was never sent to us by Vrbo. After calling them, they put me on hold numerous times. After we finally got the address and entered it into navigation, I let them know that I expected door codes to be sent to me in 15 minutes. When we arrived at the property, there was a gate that required a code to enter and we had not received anything from Vrbo. After giving us three different codes to try to open the gate and one person in our group being dangerously close to the hwy, a code finally worked. These errors on vrbo’s clock caused us to lose several hours of relaxation time we desperately needed that evening and they offered NO compensation for the inconvenience.
