We arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm for checkin and there were about 5 families ahead of us who were also waiting to check in. The family that was first in line had already been waiting for 3 hours to check in. Needless to say, we left and found somewhere else to stay.

When I went to check in, I was told they were short staffed and had no clean rooms. Also told since I had not yet paid and opted to pay at the property, I was not going to be on the list for a room. I paid and then was told to come back in an hour or call to see if my room was clean. I tried calling 2 hours later and no one was answering the phone. We went back there to check and there was no one at the front desk and 4 people waiting. When someone finally came, they again said there were no rooms. Finally got our room about 7:00. Went to the front desk many time to ask about towels, WiFi etc and there was never anyone at the desk to ask.

I Never could check into the property.. customers were waiting for a room up to 3 hours. I got to the property late, around 10pm. There was a line of customers out of the door Waiting on rooms and to check in. I went to go kill some time hoping the line would have died down. To my surprise there were still about 20 people left. I just gave up, and got another hotel room for the night. Book at your own risk..

The room was clean manager at desk was great. She was short on staff and she was helping get rooms cleaned. She was very professional and cordial even though some of the other travelers were getting frustrated that rooms weren’t ready.

I would not recommend this establishment and would not consider staying here again. From the time of check-in at 3:00 PM, I was subjected to a two-hour wait to receive my room. The receptionist’s demeanor was unprofessional and rude. While the rooms were clean, there was a significant amount of noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the individuals occupying the adjacent room were hosting a party, which resulted in excessive noise, including slamming doors and jumping, throughout the night. Furthermore, the hallways had an unpleasant odor of marijuana.

Stayed two night. The hotel was unable to ever get me a hotel key. I told the lady at the desk I needed to go get something to eat around 10:15 pm. Got back to the hotel around 11. The front desk was closed and I was locked out of the hotel. The lady didn't tell me the dask closed at 10:30 or 11. Luckily someone was going out to there car so I was able to get in called a number that was at the front desk. Few minutes later a worker came and let me in my room. The hotel has no blackout. curtains, good luck sleeping in. If you stay on business and need to iron something there's no iron or ironing board in the room. Hopefully the have one at the desk that they can bring you. The hotels clean but only two month old.

The ac didn’t work and no staff was available to look at it. Short staff and people were waiting hours to check in due to no clean rooms… even at 9pm!! Crazy! No TP in room either… just no staff to ask for some. WiFi is pretty bad too. I think this is a good place that was having a bad night due to short staff. They were very nice when I did see them upon my check in. I would stay here again but hope they work out the kinks of this new facility.

The facility was new, pristine, & set up like an efficiency apartment so it has promise. Our TV quit working & we changed rooms the night after we arrived, which was a pain. But our chief complaints were the windows only had blinds on them instead of room darkening curtains. The outside was lit up & so was our room, not dark at all. Also, the rooms’ doors closed abruptly & loudly. So when people started leaving at 5:00am there were doors slamming shut up & down the hallway around our room. Needless to say we couldn’t sleep & we were looking forward to sleeping in after a long day of travel the day before.

They had one housekeeper. Rooms not ready at 3pm. We needed to take a shower for events. Not ready for another 2-3 hours. Cancelled the reservation at the desk. They said no fees. We went to another hotel. It was crap situation.

I have traveled the world for the last 40 years I never had customers service front desk like that ever. I arrive at the front desk at 9:30pm after driving for 4:30 hours the front desk person was the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have seen in 40 years. I come in and say hello I need to check in here is my confirmation number she answered like that I don’t have any rooms we are all booked I said I am not asking for a new room I have reservation and it’s confirmed and paid for she said I don’t care about you reservation I am booked. I said you haven’t even looked at my confirmation I showed her my confirmation and even pulled out my credit card app to show her that is paid . She answered I don’t care about you reservation or your payment I don’t have any rooms I am not going to go back and forth and if you don’t leave I can call the police I asked to talked to a manager she said it’s no manager here today you can come back tomorrow and talk to someone this is by far is the worse customer service person I talk to ever . It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere. She did not want to give me her name but in the end she did her name is lani and I am sure you can find her name easily I arrive at 4/10/3026 at 9:30 pm This is just the beginning I am not going to let this just pass

The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new.
