Tanger Outlets San Marcos Step into our recently renovated, expansive three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex, perched on the outskirts of town. Luxuriate in our bathrooms featuring lavish walk-in showers and LED mirrors. Enjoy lightning-fast internet accessible throughout the house and convenient USB-C fast charging outlets. The lower level welcomes you with a cozy living room adorned with a fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV offering your favorite streaming options and AirPlay, a kitchen, dining area, and a master bedroom with a large private bathroom and walk-in closet, complemented by an attached half bath. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom. Venture into our expansive backyard, named "the jungle," and savor the blend of comfort, style, and nature that defines our Hill Country Haven. You'll have full access to the entire house, excluding the garage which is used for storage and cleaning supplies. No shared spaces. While you won't see us in person due to the convenience of self-check-in, rest assured that my cohosts and I are always within reach, ready to assist you promptly. A couple quick things to be transparent about that you should see before booking: This property is located in a college neighborhood, where you may hear noise at night from parties or barking dogs. The driveway is steep and can accommodate two vehicles on the upper half or up to four vehicles if they have enough clearance to drive all the way down. Hot water is limited and lasts about 15–20 minutes, so keep showers brief if others are waiting. During heavy rain, some parts of the driveway and walkway may experience flooding.
