Rooms were excellent and spotless. Everything worked great. 5 HBO channels. Staff couldn't be better Actually staying an extra night we enjoyed it so much.
Nice little motel in Morro Bay. Quaint, small and perfect for a day to two in the area. Great location in Morro Bay. Nice staff. A little over priced for the accommodations, but we were there in high season.
After a long trip through Big Sur at the end of March, we found little in the San Simeon area that was affordable. I hadn't planned ahead and the trip took longer than we thought. This was one of the hotels that was decently rated and moderately priced. It was a good location. Parking was tight. There's a RiteAid and grocery store not even a mile away and the room had a refrigerator, which was a plus. It's off the interstate and Route 1 and close to Morro Rock. The breakfast was fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, juice and one waffle-maker which was in continuous use. The rooms were fine, if very basic. The bathroom was the smallest and most clausterphobic I've ever encountered. One of the locks on our front door was broken and we pointed it out, afraid that they'd think we did it. The door still had another sturdy lock, so we weren't concerned for our safety. The owner or front-desk person was very nice and helpful and reminded me that we could take trays to our room to avoid the tiny eating area. All in all it was fine.

Will he staying here again. It's an afordable place, its clean & comfortfable. I like the small town feel of morro bay. Can walk to morro rock from hotel (short steep bit on the way back). Has descent breakfast place behind it. Front desk staff was kind & knowlegable of the area. Gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The reception was friendly. Only negative was the spa was closed for repair. Would definitely rest my eyes here again.
