Great beach area, secluded property. Bike ride lead us to find large open air dump/garbage heap close to the tennis facility, poor selections of food with only one primary cafe open every day. Staff needs training.

Amazing property and staff. We definitely will return.

Property was recently renovated; everything was new. Facilities were very good - pool, tennis court, gym in excellent condition. Restaurants were good although there are only three restaurants at the resort and the choices were limited. Service quality was excellent.

Great views of the beach and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Never felt crowded. Gorgeous and private feeling beach. Close to El Ynque rainforest.Only negative is distance from San Juan and dining options outside of hotel.

1st visit to Puerto Rico and this place was fantastic!!! The staff aims to please, the hotel amenities and the premises are amazing!!! The people and food are wonderful. We had an awesome, relaxing, yet fun time. Best island trip ever. We'll miss you Puerto Rico...

We had a very relaxing trip. Didn't plan to do much on this trip and this resort offered exactly what we needed.

We discovered the St Regis at Bahia Beach after looking online for a quick last minute Caribbean vacation. The property is beautiful, exquisitely maintained with attention to its natural bounty. The staff was everything expected from a five star resort, friendly and helpful in every interaction. This was our first experience with "butler service" and although we didn't seek out our assigned butler for much, he texted us daily to check in and made sure our French press coffee tray was delivered to our suite every morning. The St Regis is as expected a splurge. As an example, one trip to the breakfast buffet, with one Bloody Mary each, cost $132.00, tip included and most cocktails on property were priced at $16.00. The concierge was spot on with "off property" local restaurant suggestions. Our advice, bring your own liquor. My suggestion to the St. Regis, perhaps offer more activities, i.e., culinary demonstrations, rum tastings, or Latin dancing lessons at night. We will most definitely return!

We visited the St. Regis with teenagers, parents and grandparents. What we loved was that there was so much to do and really something for everyone. The beach is absolutely beautiful ... perhaps one of the finest walking beaches I've ever been on. While we were there the water was a bit rough, which was fine for us but I would be cautious with small kids. The pool is fantastic. We had a ball on the stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. We had three rooms in different buildings and all were clean, beautiful, and spacious. The location of the resort is close to the rainforest but 45 minutes to Old San Juan (it took us more with traffic). So it's best to eat most of your meals at the resort. The food is amazing but the service is slow and they don't have quick options at breakfast yet (although they were talking about improving that). Overall an absolutely wonderful resort.

Was beautiful grounds and service was unbelievable

Excellent hotel. Private beach and swimming pool. clean and great.

Easily the best resort I've ever stayed at. The room and grounds were fantastic, the staff was friendly and great, and the resort was somewhat closely located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The only negative (if there was one) was the drink prices, which ranged from $16 to $20 per drink. But these prices should be anticipated at most 5 star resorts (they need to make money somehow). I enjoyed my stay so much, I plan on staying at other St. Regis resorts in the future (if one is located at my next vacation spot).

Private and secluded, beautiful, tranquil, relaxing, good service, good food, great place to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spectacular and the staff was very attentive. We stayed in an Oceanfront room (note this does not mean you can see the ocean due to foliage on the property) that was beautiful. The oversized shower and tub were great - the room lived up to the St. Regis quality reputation. The golf course was very beautiful and quite challenging and we enjoyed a wonderful trip to the spa. The pool and beach were also fantastic. My only caution is that the hotel is a bit isolated and you really need to be comfortable relaxing with a book by the pool to enjoy. Great place for a romantic trip.
