The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, plus in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Relax in the cozy living room with TV, while upstairs both bedrooms include TVs for added comfort and privacy. Perfect for a convenient, home-like stay.
1. Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows, lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a cigarette and/or cannabis smoke odor inside the property will result in a $50 penalty fee.
5. Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bath towels must not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
