Positive: All suite property so rooms were nice Negative: Billing was all wrong. Told me I had a balance but they could not say what it was for and attitude. Got a final bill emailed that charged me $100 for a "Pet fee" and I do not have a pet.

I love how professional the staff were. The only downside for me was there was a door in my room which may connect to the other room. Ofc, it has a locked and all but other than that all was good. Enjoy the stay very much.

The bed mattress is terrible and the AC vent makes a continuous rattle noise when on. It will be a very long night. I expected a much better Accommodations from this hotel. I surely won’t stay here again unless improvements are made to improve guest sleep quality.

Worst ever experience till 12 am loud music party in the lobby couldn't sleep after 7 hrs driving i check in at 5pm couldn't sleep till 1am i have a meeting early morning so restless whole day alot of homeless around the property

It was my first time booking a hotel I’m 20 my friends 18 we never been to a hotel so I was confused on some things when we got there to check in early the front desk lady was giving attitude I was confused on where my floor was and she said it’s on the paper after still not finding it on the paper she was just starring and I said nevermind I’ll figure it out but she was just looking at me for me to figure it out on my own. The paper only said my room number not the floor number. Her customer service was boring she was just sitting down legs crossed with her hand on her chin looking all boring.
